May 9 2021....getting via Spirit...images of the
1970s, the oil crisis and inflation during that
time...my dad struggling to cover the bills and at
that time.... was living on the military base down
south. Usually cheaper to live on the base overall. I
was a young teen at that time. I also recall a jar of
coffee being over 12 bucks during that time too. Why
am I getting this...unknown at present...

The early 1970’s is when the dollar was taken off the
gold index. That was when oil prices went way up.
Kissinger negotiated with Saudi Arabia and other Arab oil
producing nations to sell oil for Dollars, in exchange
for US military protection.
The dollar-oil crisis is getting worse, because the
dollar’s value is decreasing. It’s hanging on so far
because the dollar is the world's reserve currency. The
coronavirus pandemic is costing a small fortune, which
might cause the dollar to crash.

Hey johnl...yesterday I read about a cyberattack on
the colonial pipeline thingy and now no oil on the
whole east coast???...sounds like whoever it is, is
now hitting infrastucture....this does not bode
well!!!
First Texas with no heat during winter ice storm, and
no water or power there...now this. I'm also hearing
drought in california as well?! I'm hearing water
shortages in the states lately. ..so not kewl at all!
John...hear from Tina lately aka popular by the
brook?...yous 2 have been on my mind lately...and
shammah and sean daddy as well too....aka the old
gang at wisdomseekers...hope everyone in your neck of
the woods is doing ok. Miss you guys bigtime!
It's retarded here in the great white north...in a
forever lockdown and the rules are getting very
retarded here! I'm having cabin fever as well aka
very restless..,darn it's getting nice outside and I
wanna go for a walk! We have a stay at home order and
selling only essential products only here. Our can.
tire store has to order most products as most things
here are not in stock. Oh and we have quotas now
too..can only buy a certain number of each
item...sounds like rationing to me! Can't buy
anything here but food only...no clothes, stationary,
no biker shorts...not even at the dollarama store
here..,wth? Everything is essential stuff and
essential businesses only. Small businesses are
shuttered and closed. Big box office companies can
only sell food. Our cities up north here are not
faring well...lots of small businesses shuttered here
and only jobs here are healthcare related jobs like
nurses or stocking big chain store shelves! Fast food
big chain places are only takeout,curbside or
delivery only. Word has it that essential businesses
in the province may all be closed down too...that's
the talk lately via our premier! Duh...how retarded
is that!!! We are dealing with 3 variants here
btw.and they say we are presently in a 3rd
wave..k...whatever...lol!
My son's town has been in lockdown since Feb 26...he
had a grand mal seizure recently but no surgeries
while in lockdown. He has uncontrollable type 1
diabetes with complications..he no longer can see out
of his right eye,his heart is badly damaged due to
diabetes complications,his lungs full of fluid since
the seizure. Doctors said its due to the brain tumour
getting bigger. He got the jab 2 times cos he always
had to go to the hospital...now its via phone only
now. He also has leukemia and is presently on chemo
treatment and on morphine for pain management. At
least the drugstores are still open! My kid is only
32 btw!!
As for myself...blind in the left eye now...suppose
to have eye surgery this july...have the csf leak
wiyh is massively leaking the past few days...it's
cranial in nature as well. It started last april...so
constant head and inner ear pressure, headaches,
earaches, pain in back of neck and upper spine,
nausea etc...anyhoos..,
Last month developed gastroparesis due to diabetes
complications...so on a very restricted diet of soft
foods and soups, and no raw fruits or veggies, no
nuts or seeds, no fiber,only pureed foods and pureed
meats. most meat I can no longer eat also...makes me
very nauseated and sick....and can eat very very
little now. It's a pain but trying to adapt the best
I can.my adage 'what can't kill ya will only make you
stronger!'...
I have a few friends who died at home here
recently...one had a heart attack and she was in her
50s. My other friend was in her 50s too..died of a
chronic disease at home...could not access hospital
here cos covid people only here allowed access to
emerge.
No walkin clinics, can't go to the hospital...covid
people only...and seeing a doctor..even over the
phone is next to impossible since the lockdown here!
Also looks like the lockdown here is gonna be
extended yet again. Lockdown was suppose to be lifted
as of may 20 but now it sounds like we gotta get our
numbers down to 20% before it becomes even an option!
We are getting around 3000-3500 cases a day here in
my province and the rules just keep getting stricter
and stricter as time goes by every few weeks! World's
gone total retard! That's my adage!!!
Hope everyone on your end is doing ok...or at least
keeping above water so to speak...what I'm hearing
..it's total chaos across the ditch..,sheesh!

I haven’t heard from Tina Snow since about 2008 when I
started posting here on EB. Then in 2009 I went to
visit GeorgeAnn Hughes in Talihina, OK, and in 2013 I
went to Wetumpka, OK (near Montgomery) to visit Grits.
I’ve been in Portland, OR since 1989. There has
definitely been a drought in California. Even the PNW
has needed more rain.
The Portland area has had a problem with the
coronavirus. I might have been infected with long term
dizziness. I’m taking C60 (fullerenes) and vitamin D,
and hope that I don’t need to see a doctor. You and
your son certainly seem to be getting a lot of medical
attention.
Your area seems to be in longterm lockdown. The
medical scientists think that the vaccines will help,
but I’ve avoided the vaccine. Anti-vaxxers on the
internet think that the mRNA in the vaccine is
dangerous. It might be as serious as attempted
depopulation.

Hi john....been down suck again the
past few days...gastroparesis due to

of my cranial csf leak....and very high
blood sugars too.
Ya...we still in lockdown here at
present. I'm hearing maybe June 2
recently...but from news today it may
be june-July timeframe...sigh...only
grocery stores, pharmacies and
dollarama open and at limited capacity
here. All restaurants aka big chain
ones and big chain stores only are
curbside pickup or delivery....no
indoor shopping at all! Can only buy
essential product too ....like
food,meds and toiletries only. Can't
buy anything else like clothes,
stationary products, electronic etc.
Only essential products only...period!
A few big box retail stores are online
so can order from them...like amazon,
walmart,bestbuy, ebgames but no small
businesses. Where my son lives in
thunder bay...they have been in
lockdown since Feb 26! Lockdown started
here 2 weeks after thunder bay's
lockdown. Very,very strict too this
time around with many people getting
fined for not following the rules in
face masks in buildings,too many people
in a group, not social distancing etc.
The weather has been super nice and
sunny all week here. It hit 28c
yesterday but I've been way too suck
with nwusea, stomach and bowel
problems, csf leak issues like severe
headaches, massive running nose and
ears, ringing in ears, fluid down
throat...watery diarrhea
continually...problems seeingcos
everything is super blurry and can't
see out of left eye. Suppose to have
cataract surgery this coming july...if
the lockdown lifts that is! Right now
can't access hospital or doctors, or
even the diabetic nurse. Any doctor and
diabetic appointment are present over
the phone only with the lockdown and
most the time can't get thru to them!I
had a few friends in their 50s die at
home cause they couldn't access the
hospital or doctor. One of my friends
had a heart attack, the other died from
their chronic disease at home.
I've been down sick since last fall
again. Overall been down sick with
diabetes complications since Dec of
2019 and the cranial csf leak since
last april. Only doctors that deal with
treating csf leaks here are in Calgary
Alberta and 1 doctor in toronto. Csf
leaks are new territory here in canada.
Had a CT scan and a MRI on my head in
regards to the csf leak and my doctor
has diagnosed me as having a csf leak
but seeing a specialist and getting
treated takes forever here to get
done...we talking over a year if not
longer...especially since this covid
ordeal...everything is pushed back and
no surgeries at present are being done
at all. Trust in G_d and jesus is all I
can do at best....same with my
don...he's a real health mess too wiyh
the type 1 diabetes conplications,
brain tumour and leukemia he's dealing
with as well. It's the old adage
here..'what don't kill ya only makes ya
stronger!'

K...gotta mention this..past 2 days...I
keep getting the place 'jamaica'..and
seeing a plane fly there in Spirit.
Don't know why or even what it
means????
Why 'jamaica' of all yhings...just more
weirdness in the dreamtime I guess.
Maybe all those rich well to do folks
are moving there, while the rest of us
common joes have to put up with all the
leftover mess and chaos caused by them
over here...who knows??? Just more
