I found this. Have been keeping an eye out for any news to support
what I saw and heard in a very short vision of China breaking into 3
countries. I could see an unhappy population in the vision, but the
current govt seems rock solid in its hold on power. This is first news
of an organized development in law, not just protesting like in Hong
Kong.

Chinese billionaire makes declaration of new federation of Chinese
people while in a boat on salt water as per Admiralty Law, June 4.
Lots of Chinese people unhappy with the CCP.

Another link to an article giving the history. Its more in the news this
week because of video releases every day. If I find more, will move it
