Does anyone know what it may mean? I have no clue, but
I heard this morning "29th circuit", nothing more,
just that. Strange.

Hello sher:
When I first saw your post I immediately thought of U.S.
circuit courts, but since there only are 13 U.S. circuit
courts, that would seem to eliminate a "29th circuit."
However, as Mystic Wanderer cited "Michigan" and Pamela
cited "Clinton and Gratios Counties," there is a state
29th Circuit Court whose jurisdiction emcompasses Clinton
and Gratios Counties, MI. These two counties lie in the
heart of Michigan, well away from Detroit. Clinton
County lies in the Lansing metropolitan area.
I find it interesting how the 29th Michigan Circuit Court
includes CLINTON county. So I can't help but wonder if
something might happen involving a Clinton (Bill, Hillary
or Chelsea?). However, is it possible that something
media significant might be about to happen in Clinton or
Gratios County, MI? Perhaps during the pivotal election
on Nov. 3, 2020?
Only time will tell.

brainstorming:
It may have something to do with electronics, voltage circuits, grounding...transformer...circuit breaker....
..Maybe even something involving a pathway being circuit also means pathway. So circuit could also refer to the path of a
planet, number of years....Saturn takes approximately 29 years to complete an entire circuit of the ecliptic.
The other came to mind as well that others mentioned but I thought maybe it's something more but it could be a Saturn and
judgement circulating energies. When I think of this I also think of Saturday (= Saturns day) as well as Shabbat (day of
rest, to keep it because it's for us for a reason..."“The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath").

doing a search found the 29th circuit is:
29th Circuit Court
The 29th Judicial Circuit consists of both Clinton and
Gratiot Counties. Honorable Randy L. Tahvonen is on
the bench in Gratiot County the first two weeks of the
month while Honorable Michelle M. Rick is in Clinton
County. The last two weeks of each month, Judge
Tahvonen is in Clinton County while Judge Rick takes
the bench in Gratiot County.
