I posted a graph on National. When I first went to my post the graph was visable in the post. I just checked the post. Now there is an empty box with an "x" in it. Can someone explain? Thanks

Was it the one about the Bush tax cuts?
The link for your pic was:
http://bluewavenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Bush-Tax-Cut-deficit.jpg
The picture was removed or renamed from the original website.
That's the problem with direct linking images. If the original website removes the pic or renames it, it will disappear from anywhere it was linked to.
Webmaster can also see what sites are linking to their images. They don't like it much because they are paying for the bandwidth every time the image is displayed.
I once found one of my images was linked to on a very popular message board, it had been used so much that it used a good chunk of my monthly bandwidth allowance. The person who posted it was "GarbB"
So instead of removing the image, I made a new image, being careful to use the same filename. The new image was a simple text message that said "GaryB is a dumb ass!".
