I degenerated into Blindhog's posting style in the
second half.
It's thoroughly disgusting when anyone posts like that,
and especially for those of us who know why posting
like that makes us bad people.
Would you please delete, and I'll be taking my leave
for a while again as my own responses to things here
make me soul-sick with myself and the poison in me.

We know your self perception.
Have you ever tried reading your own posts as if they
were voicing the opinions you appose?
I think then you might gain some insight as to why to
the rest of us you just sound insane.
I can recognize that rabid insane anger when I
degenerate to that level, but really, you frequently
use far worse language in yours.
Rage is something I can understand, but where I draw
the line and broke my own rule were the personal
insults thrown at Kay, especially in light of the fact
that although she and I have vastly different opinions,
she's one of the people who I find more respectable
around here and she among a few others one of the LEAST
deserving of those kinds of personal insults.
You and I would both do our respective agendas better
if we could curb the anger and post like civilized
beings.
As it is, we both appear insane and we will both be
dismissed as such by anyone not in our own echo
chambers and a fair portion of people in them who are
left to damage control after we spew toxic waste.

Though why I'm giving advice to you I don't know, since
it works in favor of a better world if you discredit
yourself and your agenda by your posting style.
I guess because even though I'm one of the guilty
parties, I'm just so sick and tired of it regardless of
which side it comes from.

I know I made it abundantly clear that I'm sick of
myself.
But if it makes you feel big and strong as if you're
imparting some special wisdom by repeating what I
already said as if I didn't say it, well...makes me
even more worried about you.
I'm sorry that you need to try to harm others in order
to feel good about yourself. I'm also sorry that your
mind is so far gone that you don't seem to realize
you're repeating what I've said about myself frequently
almost verbatim.
It's interesting that you can't even figure out how to
be a bully without making an utter fool of yourself.
Thanks for the chuckle, you make me feel better about
myself knowing that I'm neither as nasty as you, nor
have I ever made such a fool of myself as you have in
this moment.
Please see a doctor. Repeating what people say as if
they haven't said it is a sign of dementia on top of
all your other rage issues. I won't recommend a
therapist because they only seem to find things to make
the rage issues worse, but I do recommend a physician
for the clear and apparently rather severe cognitive
decline.

Karen, just about everything else I posted could be
interpreted as cruel if Blindhog actually does have
dementia.
Dementia is a serious condition, it's not something I'd
joke about.
Some of my relatives started sounding the same way
Blindhog does when we lost them to that. They were
good decent people bafore that and dementia did not
define who I considered them to be.
In Blindhog's case, that or some other mental illness
are the only explanations that make her human in my
eyes. The only other conclusion is that she is evil
and derives pleasure from it, because her posts are
pretty much obscenities most of the time.
So are mine some of the time, but I at least recognize
that fact and it sickens me about myself. Blindhog
doesn't seem to recognize that her posts and thoughts
are evil perversions.
Dementia is the kind explanation, and about the only
thing that encompasses the full pattern of her posts
recently.
No, Karen, dementia isn't a joke, it's not something I
would joke about, it's not an accusation.
It's something I genuinely want to believe about
Blindhog. Because all other explanations point in a
direction that is truly dehumanizing. The other
explanations are things I prefer not to think true of
anyone.
Dementia is a cruel hurtful disease. But the people who
have it are innocent. They are victims.
I'd rather believe that she's an innocent victim than
any other alternative. That's not cruelty, that's
kindness.

No one who does what either of us are doing right now
can consider ourselves good, rational, sane, people,
Hog.
Knowing that you're only doing this to hurt is one of
the things that makes this whole thing laughable.
There are ways to hurt me, but making it that obvious
that you're trying.
Look at yourself. Actively trying to cause pain to
another with no real purpose other than causing pain.
Is that really who you want to be? Is that how low your
life has sank?
Go find some tea or coffee or whatever your beverage of
choice is, go out, listen to the birds or some music
you like.
Just step away and find some sort of joy. It does still
exist in the world, it doesn't have to be constant
vitriol and putting others down.
We're both being ridiculous here.
I'm headed out to take my own advice. It's a beautiful
fall day and it never was my responsibility to reflect
you or bring you to see who you are, and that you can
in fact change, but I still waste my time trying
because I feel sorry for you.
There are things worth living for, but nothing of what
either of us are doing right now is contributing to
that.
