I am wanting to post an article with link to it but at
the end of article it states the above. And yet the
article itself was shared. What the heck does it mean?

that's kind of a standard disclaimer...my understanding is that if you provide a link to where you got the article things are okay...that's why i require links...

Thanks--to me it sounds like no one is allowed to post a
link either. I'm more concerned about THEIR copyright
notice than your rules. Lol.
