And once more yet again...I have that ol' now-infamous
switcheroo cartoon running in my head, in which: Instead
of Nevada et al constantly hammering the owner/host of a
leftish-leaning Forum to moderate his space the way
Nevada wants him to -- instead of as he pleases (which he
claims the right to do, right up front), we have...
...me, in this cartoon, sauntering into Whatever
Conservative Online Forum anyone might choose where,
also, its owner/host moderates his space...wait for
it...quite exactly as he chooses to, regardless of
anyone's need to offer opposing opinions and input... ;D
(& it goes w/out saying, this guy wouldn't bother giving
the heads up that he'll edit "whatever he finds
personally offensive," as Mr. Bopp does up front,
either.) So, right: Here's leftwing me, matching Nevada's
(et al's) rate of complaining indignant posts on this
rightwing forum, whining about being personally attacked,
complete w/the flagrant condescending disrespect toward
the host and his rights in my words...insisting the Host
"Man Up" and "Do Things Right"...... (It's hard to keep
typing. This is so funny... ;)
And here comes the burning question: Exactly *how long,*
in this hilarious cartoon, do you think said Conservative
Online Forum owner/moderator would endure my presence?
LOL! ;D Demonstrate any inclination toward *patience*
whatsoever with my need to hold forth with my objections
to his whims in how he edits/moderates his Forum??? LOL!

*whew* Ya'll are funny. That's exactly what you're doing,
and expecting "satisfaction."
Obviously.............the bottom line is: It would never
occur to me to do such a thing. I would know what an out-
of-context misuse of my time and energy such an endeavor
couldn't help but be. Even after all these years, I can't
help but wonder how, and why, you don't recognize this
yourself.

If you were posting on my "forum" shadow, I'd ask you to
join me on a long walk in the country and try to get a
fuller understanding of what actually makes you tick,
what pleases you, what your true dreams might be, what
makes you smile most.
After the walk I'd do what I could to encourage your
most sincere dreams and talents and when possible, steer
friends and resources in your direction.
Back in the day, my success rate on those "walks" was
pretty high.
Of course that was back in the seventies when people
seemed more interested in self realization than
character assassination.

...some of those walks were at the 4000 foot level of
Banner Mountain. Most of the rest were along Deer
Creek near the American Victorian Museum/Miners Foundry
in Nevada City and nearby Grass Valley where Katt now
calls home.
I suppose the problem apparently is not that I don't
"lie" very well, but that my "truth" is just not
believable to some people.
The good news is that the "lie" you speak of, is nearly
45 years old now, has grown from 60 volunteers to
several hundred, and proudly broadcasts an epileptic mix
of community oriented programs and also including the
rather liberal Democracy Now.
Pretty sure ryan could verify this "truth" if you asked.

Seems to be more of a "game" than a forum.

so much projection in your post...and judgement...what i had in mind when i started earthboppin is to recreate a space for the old syzygy gang after that website dissolved...i did that...what has happened since then is mostly the result of your/their participation...my moderation has been as much hands off as possible...only trying to prevent spammers, lunatics, egregious parsonal attacks and threats, porn and other abuses by those who cannot control themselves...we have been on the brink of WW3 my whole life...where have you been, sleeping? you have been playing mind games for years now...i remember when you didn't...
