If I may add, that nor Jim or Grz were ever dicks. They were always polite. They got banned because they were way too smart, and backed it up with plenty of proof, that they were telling the truth. Grz was most definitely a "dick". Not for what he said, but for the fact he started doxxing others on this board and publishing phone numbers, personal info, hacking into some members webcams to describe what they were wearing and other hostile activities (bopp promptly removed) before he was finally banned.
