Hi Lee, It took me years to realize, but ryan doesn't act as a moderator or behave like he says everyone else should (the supposed forum rules) because this is all about power. He likes being the troll and harassing people he doesn't like and he can do it here because he is the owner and moderator. He likes being the one with the power and has no intention of providing leadership or being a role model. Have you never wondered why various people have pointed out that his behavior doesn't foster discussion it falls on deaf ears? Pleas for fairness fall on deaf ears? These are concepts that don't interest him in the least. He likes his little fiefdom where he can do whatever the hell he wants and disrespect whoever the hell he wants. This is the same reason he lets certain people behave so badly with their constant personal attacks while others get the ryan trolling. Diversity?
