I tend to not use use crude obscenity because it just pisses people off and lowers the tone of the conversation even lower. Having said that, I understand why Akira occasionally uses those terms when she's being bullied or pushed around. Obviously "go fish" rarely works around here. Dan in particular seems to beg for it sometimes. Either way, it's childish and shows no class. It shouldn't be encouraged but then, as it's been pointed out, It's not my forum. |

Some lies are okay, the rest are bad. Some truths should be said, others hidden. Something has really changed. There was always an element of dysfunction. This, very much! This has always been a bit of a unique place, but it was more open with all types of views being represented in the past. These days with the source trolling as well as the outright trolling and stalking by some people this place isn't very open or friendly for any type of discussion. Hell ryan is one of the worst trolls and his buddy ao regularly crosses lines that would have gotten anyone banned from EB just a few years ago. He sanctioned the source trolling and is perfectly happy with the other stalking and trolling that occurs here. If you and others cannot see the difference between disagreeing with the content of a post and actual personal attack, I believe you lack intellectual honesty. And under the shadow of actual assaults being perpetrated against people at this very moment, I find all of this petty. By the way, in case you haven't noticed, I've spent most of my time on this website attempting to increase awareness about these and other atrocities and injustices. For me personally, I think being only a 2nd gen American jew might have something to do with having a hyper-awareness of racism, bigotry & the dangers of nationalism which continue & seem to be increasing around the globe.
