Can you just delete EB (if you have on desktop or in
favorites) and then reload it? Perhaps that would
help? I'm useless at this stuff...that's when I ask
the neighborhood kid or my own kids who can probably
sort it out in 10 seconds lol. Hope you can find help
with it.

Tried everything. Finally a software update and
reset to the tiniest writing and got a more
powerful set of reading glasses.

Fingers are as far as ever, but I can use the
message box!
