Brian says if you already know how to ban IPS just ban all the IPS on the list that TOR uses. My last computer class was 30 years ago so this may be way harder than it sounds LOL |

| Yeah, its probably a losing battle. Heck all one needs to do is go to a coffee shop or library and use their IP address. Its a shame that people can be so disrespectful. No means no. |
