Try Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Keys, using the arrow key pointing in the direction that you want to be up.
If that doesn't work try Shift+Alt+Arrow Keys.
If that doesn't work, try right clicking in a blank area on your desktop and select properties. Look for an option to rotate the display.
if you are using a physical mouse, you may be able to make more sense of the mouse movement by placing your laptop on it's side until you get the display settings sorted.

my cat did something similar to my screen a few weeks back- he laid on my keyboard and the screen turned completely upside down... had to ask my sister by phone if she could help- she told me to press and hold ctrl and alt and hold them down then hit the arrow sign... it got me back to normal- try that-let me know. :)

Thanks to both.. the ctrl alt delete and etc didn't do shadooby but the right click on the desktop found me rotation through graphic adj. and had to keep the mouse forced into he little groove so the 'normal' wouldn't slip away.. but nailed it! makes my day lucky for some backups to get through that blind turn. how the hell i hit several keys just right with the notebook top should be a high rank on self-sabotaging psychokinesis lol. btw i was listening to jay weidner from rense last night talk about trump's getatria synch (not contrived like illuminazi plots but a real divine timing placement. Jan 20 T is 70 years 7 months 7 days old, first full day the 21st, '37' recurring numbet times 21 = 777. divine timing. gotta hand it to him to put cnn in their place as per their attitude towards people like us lo these decades of their toxic warmongering bullshit and coverup of child ring trafficking, cps social services all corrup and it's time it implodes.

Holding down the Ctrl and Alt keys while pressing the up arrow works on most PC's running Windows 7,8,10.
Holding down Shift+Alt+up_arrow works for some. Depends on video hardware and drivers.
The up key puts the screen straight up, while left right and down keys rotate the display.
If scroll lock is on, this may prevent the hotkey method from working. (Press the ScrLk key to toggle off).
If you are using the 4 arrows on the number pad, then you will first need to enable NumLock. (Press the NumLock key to toggle on).
