Bopp and myself have always been diametric political opposites, so what? I respect HIS (not YOUR'S) right to do whatever the f he wants with his own site. Why is this such a difficult concept? YOU didn't pick up the pieces way back then, start a fresh new website, deal with the trolls, bs, assholes, motherfuckers, while trying to keep the core pleased. I didn't see ANY of you do anything to fix that. Sure, donations are great, but have any of you actually regulated this many full grown adults all at once, without pissing anyone off? So he shuts this or that down, deletes this or that comment, no doubt I've been on the receiving end from time to time, so effin what? I'll get over it. Bopp has a heart bigger than you will ever know, he just doesn't advertise it, so cut him just a bit of slack would ya? So effing what you couldn't bitch for a few days, boohoo grow up. | you have more faithfuls then I do with my 10 websites Ryan....but I keep on a-doing it, just plugging away, I figure that is what keeps me sane!...and I do try to 'resist' the temptation to ping-pong with others who disagree, why use up bandwidth when one knows they will believe what they want too and gets the ire up for no reason at all...lol....there is enough out in 3-d world to take care of....:-). Nearly everything in the news these days makes me either want to throw up, or cry or crawl into a cave somewhere...one has to find their own 'peace' inside.....breathe.....ommmmm......Irish Creme, oh yeah!.....k |

I used to tell my programmers I would rather have a hundred shows with an audience of one than one show with a hundred listeners. The magic was in the individual that honed their craft. That magic has always been on these boards over the many years I've been around. Greatness without the occasional urge to vomit tends to be a shallow victory. All of us are your friends here but I've found in life some of your best friends are the ones that respect you enough to not agree with everything you say or do. As for dealing with vomit, answers and remedies are never far away. |

...it's more about setting a better example yourself. Many of your posts were as coy and obnoxious as those you resented. Shutting the board down was, and is, a sign of weakness. You need to work as hard as many of your great posters. Legitimate diversity should be part of the way forward. |
