Hi Mr. Bopp,
So why do you close the National board during the Republican convention, supposedly because people weren't behaving themselves, then within 24 hours of of reopening the board make a personal attack on me?

You engage in these personal attacks on me no matter what day of the week. Do you not see the toxic atmosphere you create with your constant stream of insulting one liners? Aren't you the one who is always saying the US needs to lead with our behavior regarding the environment? Yet you can't see that as the owner and moderator you need to set the example that others follow.

Say what? bopp don't need to do any more.. or less.. than he wants to. Though I would suggest that instead of bitching about it you do a little soul searching and come to grips with whatever it is that motivates him. You never know he might have some valid points, observation, you should consider.
Baring that I suggest that you start your own forum? Could be fun yeah?

You are correct... but if he wants civil dialogue that doesn't become personal, which he claims he does, he should set a better example.

LOL... well I've been around Bopp since before he started earthboppin. And on all subjects for all those years he has made these one line personal attacks on me and others... the same thing he (as our host and moderator) constantly says that others shouldn't do. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of his closing the national board due to bad behavior and then behaving badly. Mixed signals and all that.
What motivates him isn't my concern. In life I have found that even the "bad" people tend to have good (if misguided) motivation so motivation is secondary and not all that interesting. To paraphrase an old saying... the road to hell is paved with good motivation.

...which was great until he started with the Silly
Glue stuff. I don't always expect perfection from
individual posters, from Bopp I set the bar somewhat
higher.
