Hi All. Need some help with phones? I get an error message saying “no line.” Would this problem be more likely at my home or at ATT&T. Thanks a whole bunch…Don

When my internet phone says "no line" I call the internet
provider with a cell phone. They usually have me try to
reset the modem, and if that doesn't work, they can
usually tell if there's a modem problem and send a
technician to re-wire the connections.

Hi John. The problem was a loose lead at the junction box outside. It took about 2 minutes to repair. On the other hand it took 3 days for the telephone repairman to get here. Take Care...Don
