i could quote the prophets int he bible and be called anti-semitic. the fact is all white and middle easterners are semites and that includes me. we also all have neandertal dna in us.
i dont post anything that isnt true. the term "jew" is their term, not mine. they killed christ before and they will again. you can quote me on that. applicable bible verse posted on charlies forum.

So as long as no Jews or pro Israel people happen to *post* here, then it's OK to post acidic bile like that that foments bigoted hatred towards a group of people based on their religious beliefs?
There are definitely pro Isreal and pro Jew people here as I am one. I personally am not Jewish (by blood, that I know of), but considering the number of posters here, I'd be surprised if there were none.
Ryan, please reconsider your words. In my opinion (which I'm sure you don't give a fuck about) it is a black mark on you and this forum that you continue to allow such disgusting behavior on your boards. I'm pretty sure there are many good people that have left these boards BECAUSE of it. You've already expressed your dislike that some people have left because of the other bad behaviors that have been brought to the forefront of discussion lately.
Much of the discussion on these boards in some way or another drives toward the betterment of the human condition, whether it be by improving our health, our water, our air, our government, or how we get along with each other.... And that's a good thing. Even if I don't agree on all of the ideas posted, the general direction is for improvement. (for example, I disagree with the the chemtrail "conspiracy", but it's good that people are concerned about our air quality)
But you allow THAT? How does THAT do anything other than attack and bait and stir the pot? There's no reason for THEM to be posting THAT other than to foment hatred, and how does THAT improve anything?
If you are going to tolerate those kinds of posts, then you are going to have to tolerate the reaction to them.

no, if anything, it is a "black mark" on the poster...and if you are stoopid enough to be jewish I can't help you...same for christians, muslims you name it...i'm an equal opportunity kind of guy...as for the rest, there's really no good reason for these boards...I am only trying to "improve" the discussions here so I don't have to constantly monitor those that feel entitled and bitch about welfare...but you're probably right, because the stench of self-righteousness here is overpowering...

I would think that alone is enough for you to want that kind of posting to be toned way down, because it WILL incite problems that you will have to monitor.
I realize that you can't get rid of all the haters in the world. With your concept of an open board and the amount of traffic, there will always be someone posting something like that. But it gets old real quick when it's all the time. I have to agree with Dan in that regard, that National (and I'll add International) have become as much about Jew hating as other national or international problems.
I have actually thought of proposing the same thing, but it was one of those posts I hit cancel on - partly because I'm not serious and only trying to make a point, partly because of your apparent apathy, and partly because it would be latched onto by THEM and likely just make things worse.
I've only been speaking up on things lately because it seems that plenty of other people are speaking up as well, and I want to add my own voice to the growing agreement. That, and that you seem to be leaning a bit in that direction as well lately.
It gets old, and I get that you don't want to have to keep playing baby monitor. But it might be that you are choosing a difficult approach - you want things to be free and open but don't want the idiots and pot stirrers. Those two goals might mutually exclusive.
I wouldn't want you to shut things down. Just consider some ideas that might make your job easier. My suggestion is to require some people take it down a notch or three on certain topics known to require your intervention too much. If they can't police themselves (which is pretty much a proven in some cases), then do what you have to.
Just some thoughts for you to consider.

I don’t think it’s Jew-hating, as much as it’s just
repetitive ideas repeated over and over. It
results in averaging 4 to 8 posts per day, dominating
the Nat’l and Int’l boards, and pushing everybody
else’s posts down from the top. Some posters have left
mainly because one person dominates the board. That
wouldn’t be so bad if the posts were informative
without being repetitive.
For instance, Israel has taken advantage of the
Palestinians. Why not put all that in one post, rather
than clutter the whole board with the same idea? That
allows many others to post on those important current
event boards. One post every now and then about the
Palestinian situation is probably much more effective
than throwing dozens of posts out there, that say about
the same thing.

I understand that they are an attack on me. In this instance and others in
the past I fail to see how they relate to "national". It seems to be a
"religious" thing considering scripture is contained in the post to support
the position.
