Subject: "regedit" key very helpful....may help others if they don't know of it

I just found this. for some reason 'skype' attached itself to my computer. also, so did 'deal cabby' that was underlining words, and 'alibaba' and also something named 'babylon' and a 'malware' program.

now none of these showed up in a virus security check with two security programs.

but my internet explorer kept crashing. I found the 'regedit' registry edit key.

you go to the start menu, put in 'regedit' and it comes up. I scanned the list of registered programs and right clicked on them, hit delete, and they are gone... I hope for a long time.

I had tried and tried to get rid of skype and had no clue about getting rid of deal cabby, so anyway, going to start, putting in 'regedit' and going there and right clicking on them as eliminated them.

just fyi..

went into 'control panel' 'programs and features' and there they all were still there... arrrghhh

so i uninstalled them from this list...and found I still missed one little skype file.
