I absolutely hate it when someone leaves a messageboard with a final “chew everyone out” and stomp off attitude, so I don’t want to do that. What I do want to do is to thank you for letting me express my “in the minority” views on your messageboard for the last several years. Being homebound with my mom, I made your messageboard a place where I looked forward to conversing with others who believe differently than I do and for the most part I have thoroughly enjoyed it.
I’ve been thinking about leaving for quite a while now, but the last few days have brought home the message to me that I read in a devotion yesterday.

I do want to explain one thing before I leave. Many times you will see me end a controversial topic with the words “Take care…” The rest of that in my mind is a prayer for the person I’m posting to to “Take care in what you choose in life.” Life is a series of choices and I believe that the most important one we make in life is eternal. I have prayed that many times on your board for many people. God does not want even one person to perish.

I have no ill will towards anyone on the board and am actually quite fond of quite a few of them. I hope this makes your life a little easier…and I wish you nothing but the best in life.
