yes, and he has stated that numerous times before to me
... I post on issues he "does not like" and therefore
since he "does not like" them I try my best to irk him
to the point where he tosses me ... but then he relents
his "wrath" ... sort of like a tinpot god here, is he
not?

He's a lot more open to views across the spectrum than
any Conservative forum I've ever had the misfortune of
looking into. They don't even like the moderates in
their own party.
Sad, because there are some god points to Conservatism,
but they will never draw people to their side by
actively banning even the outliers of their own from
their sites.
Bopp, correct me if I'm wrong, since I'm not one of the
original people, but was this even intended as a
political forum when you first started it, or did you
add those subforums later so that those of us
who...have passionate opinions and can't keep our mouth
shut...had a place to babble while the core forums of
the site were kept as best as possible to their
intended purpose?
Because my sense is that although you have the current
subforums, this forum wasn't originally intended AS a
site for political debate, it's just that folks like
Karen and I among others sort of degenerated it into
that.

you personally, but I am genuinely curious about the long
term early history and your intent in creating the forums,
how they developed over time.

i modeled the forums after JOB's syzygy forums, and these were created to continue having a space for great group of folks who used to post there after JOB's boards folded...mostly the boards were created for discussion about earthquakes and other natural phenomena, but the national, international and dreams boards have always been pat of the mix...i have added a few other boards over the years...
