From what I read it will be an "think tank" project going on and he has enough money he can probably buy his own pipeline from an river source that overflows every year and run it to his facility underground. Do
you think it comes from making one of his buildings at
his new campus he's been building to look like an pyramid?...maybe it contains some solar paneling in those glass looking windows. An self-contained "city"
of the future.

Do you really think the developers care??

They sell the emotion and dream then when the water stops flowing or you are paying $10-gallon you are stuck holding worthless property.

We are seeing it here on the dry east plains of CO. A 100+ development is going up to my west with big pond and all and to my north a 1000+ development is being built.

Both are on farm/ranch land that has been dry farmed and ranched forever.

So, our wells will dry and we will hold worthless home and property and the homes being built will see their water cost go up and up.

Oh, and lets not forget the food. Productive far/ranch land is now out of production.

I guess we all eat Soylent Green washed down with recycled sewer water.

Look around you lady...nearly every small housing project has off an creek/street drainage... an small pond of some type to hold water..either for fire purposes, or water overloads, or drainage of some kind, thing is they can control the ponds/water ratio.
they can also implant fish and ducks..and help feed/water the animals in rural areas...particularly on the edges of towns. I can think of two of them close by my own house right now...one each end of the street...they also bisect small surface water flows.
