Subject: What I learned on suruval shows tonight....

Building an table with four legs, using square nails, which will last for generations...may earn you $3,500.

Two draft horses, weigh 1,800 pounds apiece can haul 2,000 pounds of logs and go places an truck can't.

to change an wagon wheel, take the rim off of it, it will then be two sides of spokes, replace the spoke
as to its equal spacing around the wheel, and put the rim back on and attach it to the hub.

to build an quick "trap" for catching wild pigs, find their walnut eating grounds in the autumn, use an
old set of bed springs for the gate...place an circle of of wire fencing in n circle around trees and try
to make sure the bottom fencing is well attached ot the ground, Put on an slide rope, he called it an
toggle switch to the gate, add corn as well as the walnuts inside and put an trip wire on the gate so it will drop down...it should be also tied to the trees
on each side to be sturdy.

400,000 people still refer to themselves as trappers...
10 beaver pelts, cleaned/dressed out will bring about $800.

If you live in the mountains and it's snowing twas said your number one survival tool will be something to make an fire with, you can find shelter under thick trees limbs, in caves, against rocks, digging an pit and covering it..but in sub freezing temperatures unless you can build an fire and maintain it... an couple days out and your survival gets constantly slimmer all the time. Always try to pack for an week
outing even if your going out for only an day or so.
Go armed also with an rifle or gun if possible....better yet, take an buddy along with you...and let him help pack some of this stuff.

Bush allowed many many thousands of wild horses to be
killed. Trumps interior secretary is taking that even
further.

Now there is a move to allow horse meat to eaten in the
u.s., and that will put all horses in Jeopardy. At a
time when we should be eating more vegetables they
introduce more meat sources. How long before we are
eating dogs, too?

Stupid humans.

The U.S. smorgasbord is here already and has been for some time, just out of sight out of mind...

I would suppose that some here in the states do eat dogs...the ones that maybe are immigrants from China, etc. where it is
customary to consume ....I say this because years ago I recall some immigrants from a few nations that eat gorilla hands/bushmeat
were able to have it imported or somehow got it for consumption.

For many American natives also dog meat was a customary dish back in the day.

Aren't you glad you brought up the topic? It's something I have given a lot of consideration and observed over the years.

It's been known for many years now that the orientals
that are homeless here in the states have been going through neighborhoods looking for healthy cats and killing them to eat...more rules we make and less we do to feed the over burden population, more this will happen most likely

thought about the subject and observed the news, etc. articles and
so on regarding the topic.
