Hi Nancyv, I'm fairly well read, and the only thing I've ever heard of that focuses on blood types is that book Eat Right For Your Type, which recommends different types of foods/eating for the different blood types. (But who knows, I may have missed whatever you're referring to, that associates 0- with *something spiritual*.) I'm A+ and what was written for that type didn't turn out to resonate for me...
AB (both - and +) is the rarest type, which I recall some have speculated as having certain special qualities, but not sure of the level of research there & wonder if it isn't just its rarity that inspires that...
O- is actually one of the most common blood types, and is considered the universal donor, as all blood types can receive O-neg without the usual issues of mixing blood types. So perhaps that's the spiritual component! ;D

I guess what I'm trying to say...more clearly this time, and with respect to your experience...is that I strongly personally disagree that any one blood type, regardless of its rarity, confers/indicates anything "more spiritual" than any other... ;)
Only type of "gauge" for such things, that I'm aware of, is the understanding of soul age...younger souls, older souls, ancient souls...but even that comes with the wisdom that that's not hard and fast, that older souls have the capacity to act out their unresolved issues unconsciously just as intensely as younger souls, if those issues haven't yet come into a conscious workspace for them... And younger souls have flashes from their elder-soul potentiality and awareness, which is what beckons them along into that territory... ;)
I suppose one could theorize that older souls incarnate into O- bodies more often...but knowing lotsa people of all soul ages & being close enough to them to know their blood types, I haven't observed that to be the case... ;)

I myself have O- blood , and my great-grandmother is of Basque origin, who have the highest percentage people with O- blood. And yes i'm very spiritual and have all the traits mentioned in below videos.
good short docu by anthropologist and author Robert Sepehr: from the description: "Nestled in the mountains between France and Spain, there is a semi-isolated population of native European people that have long puzzled anthropologists, linguists, and historians, because although they are Caucasoid, they do not fit in with the rest of the European populations. and this young lady (astrologer) has done some fine research. Very interesting findings (4 parts): from the description of 1st video: "This video is a look at RH negative blood highlighting the O negative blood group and traits common to this blood type. I also talk about astigmatism and that it is a gift that allows one to see past this dimension and into others. I also mention my own experience with "The Love Bite". This is truth that is very suppressed online and is covered in a great deal of misinformation. I also speak about ancient Annunaki from the planet Nibiru. "

The Y chromosome is passed from father to son and it determines if the fetus will be male or female. About 85% of Basque men, 80% of the Spanish and Irish men and 70% of the British men carry the same Y chromosome R1B indicating they are related. R1B is the most common Y chromosome found in Europe, Australia and the Americas.
