the interview I saw was of a guy, forgot his name, who was tapping into native
Indian wisdom... I can't even find that interview on the interviewer's YouTube

Hm...well, couldn't do a whole hour of this, but as far
as metaphysics goes he does seem to have a lot to offer
folks who are exploring & who also resonate w/him, for
sure!
As far as anything that comes from the human egoic mind
in its higher resonances, like via spiritual intellect,
higher self, all these various conceptual points of
perspective that help folks understand the *meta-* level
of Earthly physics and reality (or in other words,
principles & applications of physics once vibrational
resonance moves upward out of more-solid/physical-
sensory-tangible range)...are great for what they are.
But in my experience, there is literally nothing that
exists with that entire *contextual reach* that can
realistically offer any kind of hard-and-fast *formula*
for how anyone can "make any particular lifetime their
last" as the pitch expresses...
As I understand things, that which comprises the entirety
of any individual's curriculum of soulgrowth on Earth, as
well as the amount of "time" within the time-and-space
realms it will take, number of lifetimes, for that
individual to fully self-realize and complete their
unique curriculum, cannot be known other than at
spiritual/elder/soul level... It's just too big a picture
for the human/egoic consciousness to receive, let alone
interpret from its inherently limited context of
comprehension...if that makes any sense?
Sure, it's possible to verbally translate aspects and
expressions of fully self-realized Wholeness/Oneness
utilizing metaphysical terms, with many teachings coming
forward around how aligning oneself with, integrating
those truths experientially can certainly move things
along...but not to any degree that can supersede the
timings of those processes only truly known at highest
levels of Soul and Spirit... There are many important
differentiations between metaphysics and spirituality...
;)
Just my thoughts... ;)
