Subject: You know what's really Good....

Crawling into your kind of out of control and heading
towards overgrown garden, and tuning out the World...
not Mother Earth, no, your fellow humans, the car
driving by out front, the guy mowing his yard a block
away, the jumbo jet droning high overhead, just let it
all fade... And just hear the breeze moving through the
leaves, the bees buzzing from flower to flower, a bird
lands in the sunflowers overhead for seed then flutters
off... and smell the soil, the plants... If you watch a
plant long enough you can watch it growing...
