Subject: Finding Courage in Uncertain Times from Matt Kahn... |
|
|
...for those who find resonance w/his offerings...
"Throughout climates of uncertainty, the ego maintains a logical albeit ironic standpoint. It insists, 'I’d be more of my courageous self if there weren’t so many things to fear or be afraid of!' Luckily for all of us, the discovery of courage is not always found on the other side of fear. While it certainly takes great courage and conviction to face a fear and see it through to the other side, the cultivation of courage doesn’t always begin with moments of fearless inspiration.
More commonly, the cultivation of courage begins with the value of generosity. A person inspired to help others during a moment of peril is expressing profound generosity with their time. In the face of despair, such a person forgets their individual agendas and attempts to support others as extensions of their own being. These are where moments of unity consciousness can be so boldly and naturally demonstrated. A restaurant, at the brink of closing its doors due to slowed business during coronavirus breakouts, changes from fine dining to a more neighborhood bistro that matches the price point of the nearby residents. One could say it takes great courage to make such a radical change to a business model, but it is the generosity of the business owner who would rather lower prices and adjust menus, in order to feed more people and keep their staff employed that heralds the true hallmark of courage in action.
With so many examples of how generosity is the fuel that feeds the fire of courageous action, it reminds you how such courage is not found by resisting fear, opposing it, or turning away from those steeped in the contempt of inner conflict or outer controversy. It is simply the case for those who fear monger, it’s a coping mechanism projected in response to the giving up of control they never actually had. This type of reaction often renders someone too preoccupied with agenda to access the generosity that brings our brightest light and boldest forms of courage to life. Telling someone reasons to be afraid or how they shouldn’t give into fear are merely two opposing ways the human ego attempts to control the experience of others. Often times, stemming from patterns of co-dependency, once someone has lost all sense of control in their lives, they often become armchair quarterbacks attempting to herd others as a way of turning away from their own growing uncertainties.
And yet, as a way of transmuting the vibration of fear that so many are engulfed in, we lean towards any form of generosity, as a cultivator of courage that not only makes you more bold and decisive in your decision-making, but more and more immune to the shadow energies so many are attempting to purge while identifying with the very density trying to be freed. In order to cultivate the courage that are inspired by moments of generosity, it is essential to explore its' true meaning. Most will glance at the act of being generous as a giving up of one’s self in favor of helping another. It’s not an untrue aspect of being generous, which is why the majority of self- referencing ego structures look on in moments of peril, thinking 'Anytime but now.'
As we awaken in consciousness, moments of courage and generosity convey the depth of presence we have discovered within ourselves. This also helps anyone see the fear engulfing humanity, whether met with responses of fight, flight, freeze, flee, or fawn, as reflections of those who simply haven’t cultivated enough presence to withstand the intensity of our current social climate.
The nucleus of generosity, from which all moments of presence, courage, and inspiration grows is the awareness and ability to make the most of any given circumstance or situation. This is why I define generosity as the ability to do far more with the less you’ve been given. It is also why so many outdated forms of manifestation are so out of alignment with the highest truths of the Universe.
Yes, the Universe has a plan for you and this exact moment of socio-economical purgatory is an essential part of that plan. From the standpoint of ego, its often not a good experience unless filled with the goodness that egos use to define their sense of worth, safety, and personal value. It makes these current times less like a Las Vegas buffet of options and more so a dumpster dive of inspired opportunity. And yet, as long as you are willing to do far more with the less you’ve been given, you will find yourself inspiring others with infusions of presence they need in order to be their highest self in form, while utilizing each and every moment of uncertainty as a cultivator of courage when following the path generosity is always providing.
To help you not get lost in the 'I have every right to be afraid but I’m afraid of what will happen if I keep being afraid' tailspin, let’s examine the most essential ways to manifest the vibration of generosity that are always within your reach:
-Always anchor the opposite; when others are in fear, offer blessings of safety. When others preach doomsday, praise the glory of rising consciousness. When others judge others, bless both hearts with the vibration of oneness. If any of these patterns arise in yourself, offer moments of self-forgiveness through a practice of acceptance, unconditional love, and the willingness to allow your ego to share its fears with you versus projecting them onto others.
-On a daily basis, perhaps as often as the arising of fear, use your creativity to do something meaningful for another person. If isolated from others, you can wrap your arms around yourself and hug the one who needs your support the most. Whether calling each person in your phone book to let them know they are loved, or making meals for a person in need nearby, there is no act of generosity small enough to not matter. It all counts and it all builds in energetic momentum the more often you allow it to inspire you.
-If without any resources to help others, assign higher intentions to the normal functioning of your body. As examples, 'With each breath I take, may more light enter the atmosphere of the planet and transform reality for the well-being of all.' With every bite of food or sip of water I take, may all beings have greater access to sustainable organic food and clean drinking water across all countries and continents now.' Even if feeling lost, stuck, unworthy, uninspired, afraid, ashamed, or any dense feeling imaginable, you can transform it by intending: 'May this dense energy I am feeling lift the circumstances of all and may it begin with me.' Since generosity is the ability to do more with the less you’ve been given, anything occurring in your experience has the potential to be used for the evolutionary benefit of one and all. It just depends on how creative you are willing to be in the name of shining as the brightness of your highest most optimal frequency.
-Even if everywhere you look is doomsday and destruction, always rely on your inner world to bring greater resources to humanity through the gift of envisioning. Envision greater circumstances – for yourself, friends and family and even the world at large, without needing how or why to justify the harmony, balance, peace, goodness, and well-being you are calling in. You are far better off countering any barrage of fear with visions of a better tomorrow as a means of manifesting more possibility and potential into the miracle of today. While fear-mongering can cast drastic conclusions about the outer world, your inner reality is always in a state of flux and flow, always ready, willing, and able to accept your next highest suggestion as the vibration through which life transforms — from the inside out.
Whether you are an executive sent home to work, a parent trying to balance childcare with a full-time workload, a server laid off due to restaurant closures, a performer who only gets paid when theatrical performances take place, or even an evolving lightworker hoping to make a difference while caught in the grip of fear that so many are drowning in, may this transmission of healing energy align you with the clarity that brings more generosity and courage to the forefront of your awareness and reality.
As always, no matter the circumstances in view, the situations at hand, or the sacrifices needed to find our way to the other side of individual and collective resolve, the true story of redemption occurs when a willingness to do far more with the less you’ve been given enacts a frequency of uncontainable generosity and unfathomable courage that simply has too much immaculate goodness to spread to be withheld or contained within any particular being.
All for love,
Matt Kahn"

IMO. I'm not posting to argue with you, I'm just giving my perspective.
For others who might be curious, be wary.
I’ve watched some of his videos, even listened to the free lecture he sent me.
My heart and gut tells me he’s a huckster. It’s all been said before. He’s sells a shitload of videos for hundreds of dollars, books, lecture tickets, livestream access for $85 and “angel academy” courses for $97 a pop (wow, they went down).
I think he's preying on vulnerable, good-hearted people. His image literally makes my skin crawl.

That doesn't surprise me in the least, Akira -- not just from you, but from anyone else who holds that perspective.
By all means, say on... ;->

Working pretty hard to project a field for us to clash within, there, Akira...might wanna give some thought to "choosing your battles," especially when you lead with how you're "...not posting to argue with you, I'm just giving my perspective"... ;->
But, okay, & do feel free to make of this whatever you choose, but I won't be dancing with you about it: What I meant by "that perspective" was, literally, nothing more than *your own perspective," exactly as you expressed it... ;->
