spirit you embody and honor the light you shine. No

creates huge leaps in evolution to expand your
vibration to its optimal frequency, as you assist the
world in awakening to the beauty and perfection of
heart-centered consciousness.
May you embrace your experiences like a Thanksgiving
Day feast, where all aspects of your true infinite
self are welcomed to the table of acceptance — no
matter how ashamed, afraid, or unworthy any part
feels. May you not rush the journey of healing, but
instead savor the privilege of being in a body that
guarantees each circumstance is always destined to
expand and get better with time. May you soften the
differences that can divide you from your most
vulnerable parts by being more open and unguarded
with your thoughts and feelings than ever before. May
everything be welcomed home to the table of
acceptance, whether erupting within, or repeating
throughout, as opportunities to love what arises and
celebrate how perfectly everything has been created
to help you evolve.

Spirit within you and invite you to join the Universe
in celebrating the once in a lifetime experience that
you were created to be. No matter how you see

My Prayer
Oh Lord, please let us wake up this day,
with no reports of crazy people killing innocents,
whether in our country or in other lands.
Oh Lord, please let us see more love
and harmony, instead of hate and fear,
put into practice by all.
Oh Lord, let all of us examine our ways,
of how we chose our words, our actions,
and chose to use the days wisely.
Oh Lord, help us all to forgive and forget,
to practice what you have taught us,
so we have no regrets.
Oh Lord, open our eyes, our ears and our mouths,
to see more clearly what journey we choose to take,
to hear others with our hearts,
to speak our truth without attacking,
and set our feet on a higher path.
Oh Lord, be with and bless
all living things, but
especially the earth,
that life to us brings.
Oh Lord, thank you for this day you have given us,
A day of thanksgiving,
that should be practiced by all,
each and every day,
not just one day a year.
