not only finding such a wonderful place, and all kinds of friends jumping in and helping, and knowing the owners of the place, but we had needed some strong young bodies to help move the big stuff, and I have asked so many places and people to find some. Then I 'asked' where are those lovely young Mormon youth who do 'helping' things....???...I know Anne said they had helped her so much in her moves....so the hold up to renting a Uhaul was to find the helpers first....so we took a load to the new house and heard a knock on the door and there were two young Mormon men missionaries out to spread the word and I said, thank you Jesus....
I was so glad to see them and we talked and I said I know it is your thing to help others and could you help us with the big things with the Uhaul and they said yes!......isn't that awesome????? and they are going to get someone to mow the front lawn too as our lawnmower I ordered won't be here till the 10th or 12th from Penneys.......anyway, got they number and they said to call and we chatted, such nice young men!....so we never know how or when God is going to answer our prayers, needs....but things like this sure give us confirmation that our prayers are heard and answered.

That's Wonderful good news Kay --I Agree Prayers DO get answered
there is zero doubt in my mind that prayers have saved my
Grandbabies lives More than once!!!!

It sounds as though this whole move has been very spirit filled, Kay. What a blessed start for your new home!

You know we have such an family connection to them, I would guess how we got the name of "Moremon Lawson" in the family..though hubby's oldest sister was married to an JOhnson...and was an close friend of Joseph Smith, they got the honor of being "tarred" together by an crowd In Illinois before making it to Salt Lake.
Here in Oregon, they help take my sister to church every week, lived next door to hubby's second oldest sister, and own the property of where my 1847 pioneer
anscestor owned prior to them...they have helped me immensely on translating French history to English for my genealogy work also..have come by an visited me here
and built an new church not to far away also. They are the only ones I know of that has helped my sister besides myself.
Glad your getting into your new house Kay..it is quite an chore... when we moved in here, everything was houses on top of dirt..no fences either, but again, friends came into help us and the nursery let my hubby have an small tractor for doing our yard, or at least starting it...dad helped building the fence...and I did the landscaping back then...and many other chores involved... as downstairs still needed sheet wall and we built our bar area and bathroom cabinet ourselves.
Took us time, and it's still not done in some areas.
