Experiences of higher states of consciousness prove the existence of God to the experiencer, and that is true for any experience we have in the relative world as well -- to a certain extent. One cannot prove the existence of God to someone who has not experienced it. The proof is in the pudding only. Once you have seen that ever-expanding light which All-Knowing, then you know. When you know everything, you know everything. This glimpse of this state of infinite Knowing and infinitely expanding Knowing, creates infinite Bliss -- a bliss so vast that your first experience of it makes you back away for fear you will burn up and disappear like a drop of water uniting with the ocean. That bliss and love is so intense it bursts forth as a light brighter than a million Suns. It just can't help itself. It must softly explode, it must ignite, it must burn forever, it must expand forever, it must increase in its brightness forever. When you are there, you realize that Light always existed and will always continue to exist. If it goes away, you are suddenly trapped again in the relative world of time and space, and you think it was a temporary experience. And if it is infinitely intelligence and infinitely creative, it can manifest universes, it can create anything and everything, it can even manifest as a person -- a wise old man with a beard, a divine mother, or any form the worshipper desires. God is there to please us. One could say it's just a dream, but the Vedic literature tells us that all experiences in the relative world are a dream, whether they are on Earth sitting at your computer or in some Heavenly world where anything or anyone or any world you desire is materialized immediately for you. The highest state is when you merge with the one you are grateful to, the one who created this for you, is the one you merge with, and then you realize you are one with God -- or that only God exists. Or only YOU exist, and there is no one else but you. But the reality is that you keep expanding forever because you are worshipping in gratitude forever. How you worship yourself is one of the great mysteries you pursue forever as your grow with ever-increasing speed. Then you laugh at the Richard Dawkinses and Christopher Hitchenses. Or God laughs. And the Vedic literature actually said that God laughs eternally. The joke he is laughing at is that you were always That and will always be That. [Brahma Sutras: "I am That, thou art That, all this is nothing but That."

You know what I dont understand Karin.
Rick Ved can be so mean. I have been visiting his facebook page since few months ago when you posted the Sattyug event coming in 2020.
I know Rick Ved detests Trump. Many of us here dont like him that much either.
However, Rick Ved is supposed to be this very Spiritual, TM doing, Maharishi following fellow.
Yet he posts such vile and abusive and nasty things about Trump and other government people he does not like.
Dont get me wrong, I do not like Trump either and I think he makes a terrible president, because he is only interested in himself and what he can get at any given moment.
However, Rick is downright hateful. How can someone on one hand say he is so Spiritual and on the other hand, be so hateful and mean and nasty, and, holy crap, so judgemental.
And he espouses TM. Isnt that type of meditation supposed to enhance and Peace and Calm and Allowance and Presence of Spirit within?
Trump is still a human being, regardless of how much we dont like him, he has the spark of the Divine within him, like everyone else. He is just lost and forget his goodness.
There is no reason for Rick to express his views in such a vile and hateful manner. It is actually quite Ignorant to not be able to share ones opinion in a civil and clear manner, without resorting to cruelty and abuse. Is that what Spiritual Is? I dont think so.
Maybe you can help me understand this dichotomy of behaviours that Rick exhibits. I no longer visit his Facebook page because of his dark and foul way of expressing his opinions. There is something just not right there, ya know what I mean?

I was expecting a little bit more than that from you as you are quite
knowledgeable about Spirit and Spiritual matters.
However, I am grateful for what you did write. It is definately truth, I
can't argue with any of it.
Also, kinda don't believe in the Sattyug anymore,
I am kinda just sticking with the loving, kind, gentle and heartfelt
simplistic teachings of Mooji lately. There is a peace in those
teachings, and I really need that now.

JimW, I can't even understand this et fellow, and his postings.
His post made sense to you, then you are much smarter than me, my
friend.
I read it a few times, and still could not figure out what the heck is he
saying, and how did it relate to my discussion with Karin. I felt like
HUH ? And then DUH ?
It just doesn't make any freakin sense. Like a confused and
befuddled mind wrote it. ( an observation, not judgement of his
mental state )
At least you understood it. Good ONYA.

Sorry JimW, I mis understood your post.
I still think you are very smart, though.
I don't understand any of his posts. To me they are just a bunch of
words, put together, but don't make any sense.
And, on top of that, they never seems to address the thread being
discussed.
I guess some people understand him but I don't. It's so confusing,
that is all I can say.
I will no longer even waste my time trying.

well maybe it's about how to dialogue about the issues and matters
that matter. Some like to discuss and argue and some like to
dialogue and understand.
To highlight the point being made by me here some choose to claim
they the can't do something when in fact they can and will not to do
it whilst claiming that they can't do it.

If I remember correctly, this subject re. e.t. came up several years ago.
There was a suggestion that e.t. was autistic, and e.t. didn't refute this.
Either e.t. is autistic, or he/she just delights in stirring some people up, and
playing with their heads.
Personally he/she doesn't bother me one way or the other.

realize a thing or three... I am glad that personally you are not

an allergic reaction when someone or something presents the truth

done by me... it seems to me you are seeking to rationalize why you did not even
understand it... though it does seem a bit curious how you judge it without even
getting to first understand it... and I did not see sensed or perceived any post
where you sought help to figure out what was the rationale for me writing what I
