You can find it wherever you are, although I do like to
get away from all the noise of my fellow oblivious
humans... There's a wonderful little state park almost
no one goes to way out in the boonies and up in the
hills, the only noise is the song of birds, the chatter
of squirrels, the buzz of insects, wind in the trees,
and a babbling Brook... All act in concert to wash away
the inanity our fellow dipshit humans spew in all
directions leaving us covered in their psychic goo...
As I said you can find that Quiet place anywhere you
are, as a mental practice and meditation it's very easy
to do... But to get out and be in the woods of our
great Mother Nature, Earth Goddess of many names, is
like an instant deep clean and recharge of batteries
with no effort or thought at all... And so much simpler
than all the tripely trappings the "enlightened"try to
sell us...
And it makes wading into the cesspool that is
Earthboppin like a walk in the, well... park... 😉

I love the outdoors for the peace and relaxation
it has to offer.Ive done alot of backcountry
exploring here in B.C. seen alot of incredible
scenery but there is this box canyon that a
couple of friends and I inadvertently stumbled
across while out looking for old gold rush sites
around streams...The canyon is almost a perfect
rectangle about a half mile wide 2 miles
deep,high rising mountains provide a perimeter
theres a shallow wide stream running the length
on the right,with a flat valley floor open
meadow.. About half way into the canyon is a
shear rock outcrop which looks out of place from
the surronding geology but happens to provide a
perfect backdrop for a 750 yard range for my .338
Lapua to breathe a bit better than the 200 yd
commercial ranges that are in my region...The
gentle thermal breeze adds a little challenge and
by the end of the day and a box of cartridges I
ways feel relaxed and destrssed and "fresh as a
spring flower" as they say...

....affirmed. Was in an boat with my father going down the river one day out in nature, when he grabbed my hand and put it in the wake of the water...and said, can you feel that?..I said yes, can you see it?...well not really like you can an object of some kind, he said
your like that...your force with the water has influence in life....and does in all you touch..make it something good.
