Part 2 out of 3. You listen to stories about karma, which only means “balance”. This is what holds everything together while you are living your life through dimensional form. There are no rules of any kind when you return back to your original state in your soul body. When you enter into your physical body, you have a blueprint to follow. And every bodies personal blueprint fit together perfectly in the puzzle of the whole. Whatever you do in your physical body in this third dimension, you have to be accountable for, because some of you never have been incarnated where they have laws and rules. Karma is a universal law just like gravity, friction, leverage and so on, and one of the main rules is the law of attraction. This law totally works with the mind through the pineal gland. It allows you to focus on what you need or want and if it's used correctly, either in a negative or positive way it will respond. You will always receive what you ask for, if focused correctly through the pineal gland. This is why you're always told to stay positive because this is what you then create in your life. Whenever you lie cheat or steal, it has to return to you in a like form in the same energetic fields. Once you live in this life experience you will eventually balance out with your karma. The first thing you have to understand there is no bad or good. Everything in universal consciousness runs on clarity. This means learning to understand how this universal law works with you. It is very hard for humans in your condition to understand the concept of right and wrong because all your life that's all you have heard. You have been programmed into these two categories that you must live by. Once you learn to see everything in its biggest picture, doing anything wrong is impossible because there's always an answer at the end of the tunnel that wasn't visible going into the tunnel. Human beings in your dimension use a very limited amount of their mind’s. They are constantly trying to figure things out without much of a picture of what they're trying to understand, mainly to enhance their pineal gland. This is why we are here on the planet in space and time, to learn the concept of the pineal gland. This gland keeps you from going into some belief system that you had at one time that has held you back for many lifetimes. If you can't see where you're going don't go there! Simple. Also most information you receive is from somebody else's belief system. The word “belief system" means just what it says, you don't know what you're talking about, you just believe it. This is why we keep working with you, so that you understand the two concepts of “knowing” and “not knowing”. When you know something you know it , (you feel it from the heart). If you don't know it you will find out, but if you believe it and you have never seen any proof that it exists you're just quoting somebody else's belief that means nothing to you or anybody else. There's nothing really important in anything we talk about, when you're living out of time, most of you will eventually figure it out. Bill: What many of you are going through right now is running two vibrational patterns. It makes it much more difficult to process a thought as you're going through the final stages of connecting both frequencies. It is like driving a car on the right side of the road when you've been used to driving on the left. It's not that hard, you just have to pay attention until you start processing both left and right at the same time. It's not impossible but it takes paying attention. Many times when you're running both left and right you feel like you're doing everything without any help from anywhere. There is one thing I would like to share with you. It refers to communicating between the two forces and that is your third dimensional concept of what life is all about and with the other side that sees the whole picture without using time or space. This process that we use in our life energy force is nothing even close to our communicative skills. JB: It is getting easier and easier to process this information. I feel much better about receiving this then I did when I first started this text. I have some questions. I know some off the things or maybe a lot of the things I did I have some difficulty with. One thing I'm realizing is, living in time and space like we are is a whole different world than living in your soul body. My question is, when we return to our original state do we still have and remember our friends from before, and are we aware of our past lives and our future lives or how does all that work? Bill: One thing I can explain to you is, you always have your spiritual partners that work with you when you're in physical body and also your soul body. Like I said earlier “your soul body”, because it lives in no time it can't really wear out or get old. The aging process does not exist unless you're in time or space. A few weeks ago you were communicating with a light form that is equal to ours as far as time and space goes. Maybe you'll understand by refreshing your memory on how you reacted to the answer. This should give you some idea of how people will react when they first are introduced to understanding the process of no time or space. I don't want to get back into the same story I just finished but I'll see if I can add to this to make it more understandable. We are born on a planet with already created religions and belief systems in place, and we still want some kind of an answer explaining how time and space interacts with us. We need to be using some reference point to explain what you're trying to get across. Most people's understanding of time and space really has no place to go. Do you remember Gene talking about the noetic atmosphere of the mind?*** He also said it takes practice to use this process. Whenever you get information and you don't understand, in most cases you'll throw it away. But if you understand how this process works by monitoring your words and thoughts, keep information in your noetic atmosphere and not let your ego take over, the information will come back in a good clean creative way. *** Noetic atmosphere of the mind refers to a mental place where you keep information you do not comprehend. You hold it there so you would not trow it out. Till you have all your pieces collected in the noetic atmosphere more pieces can come together and fall into place and give you more information and clarity. Message to Mieke: Mieke there is a light worker that is working with you with your writings, her name is Donaple. I know it doesn't fit with anything you're trying to match it to. Just be patient and you will understand the concept. You will understand and get used to this way of life, (and it is a real life just like you are living now just with different concepts). All of you will remember when you do cross over. Bill: Most information given to third dimensional beings has been brutalized by others that have good intentions. But when you get information from your guidance it's basically made for you. So when you are explaining to others how this process works, it doesn't always get through like you planned it. Remember how the belief system works, and what the word belief means. You have to “know” something “not believe it”. When you believe anything you get stuck in “not knowing”. The only way you can “know” is by experiencing it for yourself and not hear somebody else's opinion. It doesn't mean a thing unless you have witnessed it for yourself, this means you “know”. I would like to talk about that special place in the desert that we have found a number of years ago. Some of what I say right now won't be understood by some of the readers but especially this information will sift through and become standard knowledge as most people know there are key power points on the planet. Working in this power point gives you a clear picture of what you're working on and are obtaining during your incarnation while working with the time element. I just got asked, “When did the time element begin?” Remember to stay focused when you're in the absence of time. This is why it makes it a difficult task to drive on both sides of the road at the same time. Time is one of the endless processes you pick to experience physical form. The time system, like all others never had to start anywhere they have always been there. There is a quote from a very well-known entity named THOTH. If you look him up on the Internet you'll see he had a lot to do with the geometric shapes that allow energy to take place in uniformity. JB: I would like to receive some information on our crop circle that is next to our property in the desert. Now that you have a different view of what we are dealing with in the high-end of 3-D and possibly part of it in fourth dimension. Bill: Isn’t it interesting how you acquired that 7 acres right next to the mandala that was put there 20 some years ago? Even though visually it has vanished, the energy is still there and usable. For many years, the natives of this area used the scaler energy that is produced in this spot. The natives had a method that spirit showed them how to manifest scaler energy from this area which helps them communicate with life forms quite advanced from theirs. In fact one of the natives named Monyo came to visit you from the past, from a few years ago. I am not aware how he used the scaler energy to travel into the future, but he did with the assistance of an owl. One thing you don't realize JB is how much assistance this bird gave you and your writings. As I watch the mental rerun of this process it is pretty amazing how it all came together. If you're able to recall this native being he would be a great asset to your project in the desert. I would like to bring up the time you and I went out to our special spot and stayed overnight in the camper and had a tremendous experience dealing with many different life forms just in that one evening. I'm sure you remember that giant bird that landed in front of your truck. It was about the size of a donkey and it looked like it was taking something out of the ground. It kind of reminded me of a bird pulling a worm out but that's just because I had a limited understanding of what was going on. They also were able to manifest a giant dome that was placed over your campsite for protection. When I use the word protection you were not being protected from being harmed. Mainly the protection was from you not destroying yourself because in some cases people in 3-D still have a lot of belief systems that keep them in fear. What this did when they were placing the dome around our campsite, it was like being in a safety area and not been affected by all the strange things we were experiencing. Many times we went out there and had many experiences that are really not conducive to any belief system or fear tactics. Next time you go out there make sure you check with your guidance and whomever you take with you. Check and see where their tolerance level is so it does not interfere with the communication between other species and yourself. Once you understand how fear works against you, and you are able to harness it so it doesn't control you, you can communicate without fear. A few weeks ago they passed over your dwelling where you live. It looked like a giant triangle with a hole in the center and when you visually experienced it passing over I'm sure you could feel the excitement and fear mixed together when you realized it hadn't anything to do with the earth's inhabitants. There's quite a story behind this whole thing but it isn't for now, we will have plenty of time to kick it around later. JB: One of the main reasons we got together with this project is your son. When he was born I was asked by spirit what his purpose was in reincarnating at this time. Can you shine some light on this? I know it has something to do with the planet going through its polar shift because his timing is perfect. Bill: When Kellan was born, as you know, he had some odd abnormaltities. Not only in a visual way but also mentally. He can do pretty amazing things in his creative structure. I'm working with him all the time and I can guide him through his mother's dysfunctional understanding of life, which is very important for him to understand. As he goes through life he'll be able to comprehend mentally what she is going through and react to it in a positive way. At different times throughout his growing up he will need some advice on how to process thought. I can work with him up to a point but between my mother and you, whom he can see visually and understand the thought process that is presented to him by his guidance. When he starts obviously doing things that most can't understand he will need either my mother or you to help him walk through it. At some point in the near future he will have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share with the world. This is huge, be prepared to respect what he comes up with because it has a lot of information that will be needed for the planet going through its change. JB: There are a number of things that I would like to ask you about going back to the other side. The first question is “where you completely surprised at what you experienced when you crossed over?” And also you mentioned the difficulty in understanding the different processes between dimensions. If you can give me a little understanding on how all-that works. Bill: Now, where do I start? One thing you asked me the other day, “are you able to explain to me what your life is at this time”? Good question. I'll try to give you more information on how easy it is to lose our subject during a conversation. When you asked what your life is like at this time on the other side, right away, this causes a log jam. This is a situation we have to work through because remember you bring in the word “time”. What my life is like? The interesting thing is, our lives do change as we experience different frequencies within dimensions. When you ask how is your life at this time, this means nothing. Basically, what you are experiencing in life is over with, this is why during our communications we have to understand this. Sometimes we have to use the word “time” because there's no other way to explain what we are experiencing. This is the first thing that has to be recognized so we don't keep correcting each other through our verbal exchange . JB: If you're asked a question like “where are you”, “where do you live”, how would you ask a question if there was no way of answering it? Bill: Do you remember the movie you watched called “Lucy” where she went into a higher and higher state of consciousness until you could not see her. Although she could respond on the cell phone, you loved this part of the movie when she answered EVERYWHERE. That is the best short-term example I can give you now. This is why explaining this process from a higher frequency takes a lot of care. You always heard how everything vibrates. The higher and higher pitch you get in vibration, the less you can physically or mentally experience that. So it takes training and discipline in a low frequency to become aware of its existence. JB: When you go back to your true form in your soul body do you have a crash course in understanding how universal consciousness works, or do you just remember it from the last---- time ----you went through? Bill: One of the toughest things to get through to time dwellers is, you always have been in some physical form and the soul body is your original form which always has been home for your existence. When you eliminate time and space from your existence, it gives your mental focus much more freedom and also gives you an overview of everything that is in creation. You also are trying to figure out what the other side is like with the mental tools you use just to stay in 3-D. The obsession with money and control that goes with it should be your top priority to release because the whole planet is focused on such a low frequency process of exchange which is one of the hardest things to break out of from third dimension. JB: Could you elaborate more on how we exist in the soul frequency and also do we keep our same friends throughout incarnations? Bill: All of you remember what it is like even right now in dream state you are aware of it. One of the hardest things that has been put in our way is fear. Once you overcome the fear that controls you this gives you a bigger access to different probabilities. Another thing, it's quite difficult to understand the concept of right and wrong, this does not exist. Creation has no right or wrong it's all been put together by third dimensional belief systems mainly for control which is not something to be feared because it's part of the process that you are here to experience. My overview where I sit now is so amazing because everything you look at is part of a giant story of all peoples creations when in physical form or spiritual form. Most forms of existence in time have an imbalance of consciousness, some are followers and some are leaders. In time, because of all the blind spots you have been creating it is so overwhelming that you become a follower. This is what creates religions, which helps the average follower throughout their life and this is why it's designed that way until they become leaders. Once you become a leader, you usually go into a higher frequency or dimension depending on what your personal blueprint requires you to experience. JB: I feel a little confusion on some of this information. Bill: Put your mind in a place of acceptance. Just look at everything as perfect creative energy that can be directed into any form that you so desire. On this other side that I am experiencing as we speak, is a real free will. You basically don't have a true free will in the third dimension situation because you're running off a blueprint that is stuck in time. You also have the ability to create. Even the ones with the lowest frequency have just as much creative power as a high frequency being. One thing and you just heard it, when you realize the massiveness of consciousness it is way overwhelming even on this side. When I use the word massive this doesn't really fit this situation but there's no other word which would fit. If you could see what I see without using words it allows a much bigger view of creation because you're looking out over all creative properties that have been put in place that goes on forever. And this is where most of you get lost because the lack of a final process never happens and trying to put this into words is not possible. It has to be done in a mental form, which can be obtained through contemplation. Contemplation is a method of allowing ourselves to see the real processes happening not the one that our belief system works off of. Anytime you “believe” anything you stay stuck because “belief” is not a creative force, it can't be used when you're doing your creating. Anger is the most destructive energetic field that exists. You cannot learn as long as you have an angry outlook on life, because anger holds you stagnant. Let me rephrase this thought. This does not mean anger is negative or wrong, it just can't create with a negative connotation involved. Because everything you do including anger is part of your experience, every incarnate has to get to some point to experience anger. JB: I'm starting to understand some of this. What you're saying feels right. Can you tell from where you are, what our final goals are and what we are accomplishing by taking a physical body with all the physical ailments that go with it over and over again. Is there any way this can be explained from the level we are experiencing life. Bill: The best way I can explain this at this point is, there is no final goal. Remember, you cannot finalize anything if you have no beginning and end. This is the hardest thing to explain to someone that has lived in time and space many times and many lives. Another thing you have to remember when you get to a big enough picture looking at everything out of time and space, reincarnation doesn't exist, all our lives are lived simultaneously. This is why whenever you're dealing with anybody anywhere anytime even with belief systems, they are not doing anything wrong. This is why judging is so uncreative. Another one is jalousie. The main reason we all come into physical bodies is to learn to create within a dimensional frequency. When you start communicating without a right and wrong concept, it changes the entire structure and meaning of whatever you are discussing. This allows you a never ending access, to understanding creation. I know, one of your favorite questions is “what is the final outcome and the reason to constantly educate ourselves to a higher plane?” You are so used to what the meaning of creation means in third dimension because all you understand is creating material objects that you can use or entertain yourself with when you're experiencing physical form. Everything is based on physical form in the time illusion. This is why the one to come in with down syndrome are contributing to society much more than most people. In most cases people think they're just a little goofy. The reason they seem a little goofy is because they see a picture that no one else can see. Because of their high emotional state, they react to situations demonstratively. In most cases you feel good when you are in their energy field because it's a very pure field. They exhume (expose) (express) much love in most cases. There are a few that are here for a different reason that I cannot get into at this time. JB: This text that I'm receiving from you is going to be read by many, is there anything that you want to talk about that is more personal with your family and friends? Bill: Thank you for considering because I know that this is going to be read by many and I don't want to bore them with my personal exchange of information. I heard your next question, which is also very difficult to get across. There are many different concepts to consider for an explanation and we both have such a different view of consciousness and non-consciousness. When you are in a 3-D experience you call this your conscious mind, but it cannot go any farther than it is, so in the big picture the word conscious has no meaning. I hope I explained that good enough to be understood! Tell Mieke to try extra hard to not have an opinion on what you're reading in this text, even the energy of an opinion can transfer over to somebody else that's collecting this information with a misconception from this information. There is a process I would like to share with you which might be helpful in understanding life's mysteries. Once you understand the division between mental and spiritual frequencies and how each person sees all creation a little different because of the different vibrational frequencies that each individual has. This is why they call them individuals because they all have to see everything separately in a different way. This energy of combined consciousness brings in clarity better than any other way. This is why there are so many ways to see each subject that is brought into play. For example the conspiracy theories. Many of them are almost opposite from each other. Say for instance what the news reports. The conspiracy theories can be just the opposite. In many cases because extreme difference in frequencies that they see through, shows a different picture. Once you understand this and see (know) how it works, it will take a lot of your decisional weight of how you look at things without judging it. And as you know by now, judging anything stops creation. When creation stops, the physical body shuts down very simple, very direct. ***While reading this part of the text. Billy added some more info. Here is what he said.. We want to follow our own frequency and not someone elses. That is why there are so many different frequencies and different dimensions. If we were all the same we couldn’t follow our own blueprint. As time goes on when we live our live, we will found out hat lots of what we talk about now will change. Always be prepared to change our understanding of creation.*** When you hear the words “universal laws”, these aren't like rules that can be broken, but if you don't learn to follow them, they can work against you. This is why a good climber has to understand the law of gravity or he will cut his passion for climbing way down. All universal laws are is a derivative of a vibrating frequency. In human consciousness “law” in many cases is a man-made rule that you could be punished for. Understanding universal laws and using them correctly makes whatever your creating mentally or physically fall into line with ease. This is why understanding the pineal gland and how it functions with the brain and understanding creative information is very difficult for third dimensional beings to comprehend. Most people that have the drive to go on with their conscious awareness will at some point understand what I'm explaining to you. If you haven't put down this information by now you have a very good chance of working through your old programming on what reality really means. Remember, we set this whole thing up ourselves, so if we don't like what we are doing, we can only blame ourself. This is why they call heaven paradise, there's absolutely nobody trying to control you or make you believe anything. You have a whole different physical structure than you have in a 3-D physical form. You can look and be any size or shape you want to. Most of the time you stay similar to your physical body you use on earth but there are many body parts you don't need when you're in a spirit for. Years ago there was a man that decided to invent a better way to transport goods without physically carrying them. So he made a cart to hold product and put square wheels on the cart. He attached the donkey to the cart and had the donkey pull the cart which was very difficult because they would not roll just slid along the ground. After studying the situation for a while he took the square wheels and cut the corners off which allowed the wheels to start turning but the ride was very rough. At least it was better than it was, so he began using the cart to transport goods. The problem would not go away, the ride was so rough it destroyed some of the product and his business wasn't very successful because of this situation. A friend of his suggested he cut some more off the wheels so it would not be so rough. He thought about this for a while and decided to cut more corners off the wheels. This went on for many trial and error processes until the wheels were completely round, this was something he didn't ever think would work, but it did. This changed the world forever. JB: Bill, thank you. Bill: Because in all your experiences in physical form you had never seen a wheel. He had no mental referral to go to. It seems so simple to you now because everything you look at has wheels. In the past, before they invented the wheel, your mind as simple as this concept is it wouldn't go there. You might think this is kind of extreme for an example for them to take so long to figure out how to make the wheels round, but once you open a mental door with the right intentions it all falls in place. And this is where humanity is at this time. Wherever you're going next is not difficult as long as you're open to change and not stuck in a square wheel syndrome which is the old process of creation. JB: Thank you that was wonderful. This gives me a lot to contemplate with and also I have some very good help from Mieke putting this together. Bill: I do want to mention a man called Gene Davis, who years ago wrote a book called " Reversing the aging process". One of his favorite ways of explaining was how to receive information at your own level and not someone else’s. There are three methods of connecting with universal consciousness. The first is praying, the second is meditating the third is contemplating. All three of them work because it's not the words as much as it is the intention. Now, the first one praying, is asking some higher power whatever you believe in to help you with the problem. The second is meditation, which puts you in a state of connecting with higher power by waiting for the information. The third is, contemplation and this is a process of going after the information yourself, which works very fast and very clear once you understand how this process works. So it's up to you to pick what way you would like to communicate with a higher consciousness. All three of them work so it's up to you what channel you take. JB: The way I understand it, when you're in your soul body, this is your original body that you've always had for ever. This is the one that confuses most people, this is just like saying where is the end of space, people think about that but don't go very far because there is no reference point that you can align to. Billy: I like this one, it stretches the noodle a little farther. If you think space never ends your mind doesn't have too much to process, so it goes in denial and doesn't work with this process. Ok, now if you're able to travel tremendous distances through space, I'll give you a thought to run with and see where you go. Once you run out of space there is nothing! Which is very hard to satisfy any buddies curiosity tastebuds, because the word nothing stops a creative thought from continuing. So now you've accomplished flying to the end of space you look ahead and there's nothing, how do you know what nothing looks like? Now let's look at this the next step. Would either turn around and go home, or continue traveling into nothing? And let's say you are successful in traveling through nothing, you have to decide what the word nothing means in order to work with it. Because space, as the mind understands, it is an empty area for stuff to be stored or whatever you need it for. This is why the storage facilities they have in the United States is such a booming business because everybody wants space for whatever reason. Now you found a new place to go into nothing so what you do with that you're back to a square wheel. Is it possible if you take nothing and do something with it, and will it become something? I know you're wondering where this is all going. This is where you have the ability as a creator to create something where nothing is. Now pay attention where your thought patterns go, if they go back to the original spot of some belief system you're stuck, your belief system has no creative abilities so this puts you back to your original state that you're trying to eliminate. JB: I like that analogy very much, a person has to focus quite a bit on how and what the mind is doing when it's left alone. And what I get out of this is monitor your thoughts. First it's kind of a pain in the butt, but one thing I would like to say before I shift frequencies it becomes pretty natural at one point, so you're seeing everything in a higher frequency when you're paying attention to what comes out your mouth. Bill: Pretty quick were going to have to change frequencies here and this communication will allow the energy to shift. After you reread this you'll have a whole new world and some of the information you have received to talk about. One thing I would like to say before we sign off here has to do with the polar shift. I know there's a lot of information out there about what's going on with the global warming and there is a lot of fear connected with it. Fear is used for a long time to control people, and when you try to control anything or anybody it eventually collapses. You can only put so much uncreative energy in one spot when it destroys itself. From my perspective in a higher frequency it all looks perfectly fine because you see the whole picture. At some point, once you see the whole picture, you have no judgment on anything and when you have no judgment in most cases it eliminates the fear. If you knew right now what was going on throughout the world in the name of a God you would be very surprised. I'm not saying not to believe in God. It's a wonderful and a very positive way to live your life. But that does not mean all the rest of the religions and beliefs are wrong. Once you see it from a higher frequency it all makes sense. There are two types of life form in third dimension. One type is a leader and the other is a follower. Both are all equal in all respects. What I'm trying to say is, there's no such thing as lesser than or more than someone else. What I am saying is keep this in mind when you're looking at anything or anybody that you are trying to change because you think they're wrong. What you can do to get to a high enough view is to learn to train yourself to allow everything being perfect. Many religions that have a God talk about how this creator knows everything, which makes sense. When you're constantly praying to the creator, you usually ask him to do something or please fix something. This stops the flow of energy that allows you to do it yourself, just like Christ did. He told everybody they could do everything he does and more. I probably mentioned this a lot because that's a very powerful statement in the Bible. Everything in the Bible is correct and misinterpreted in some ways and this is the reason that humanity hasn't reached a point of clarity on creation. But really, the Bible has such a small amount of information and people don't live like they did 2000 years ago. This is one of the reasons the churches are starting to shut down in many places. At this time there is much information out there especially with the Internet. The new history book that's what the Bible is, is in the process of coming together as we speak. Many people will not accept it and that is fine but for the ones that do accept it, it will help their journey through life much more complete. JB: Thank you Bill! Bill: I will be back |

Read part 1 last night. so good. Totally allayed my concerns about what is to come on the other side. Was never afraid to die, until I started reading the book " Planet of Choice ". In that book, they say when we die, we get stuck in some kind of hell hole in the Astral Realm, that surrounds this planet, and we continue to re-incarnate over and over, with no chance of escape. That got me so scared, even the book, I began wondering if it was of the Light, after reading that. But this message from the other side from Bill totally calmed me down about what is to come when we transition to the Light. Whew. Scary how some books, one may think are safe to read, and then once you start, you say " holy crap, this is terrifying". And the book is from the late 1990's. So I thought it was ok. Discernment is definately the Key in these Crazy earth days, huh? Anywho, I went way off topic, but will read Part 2 today, of Billys message. I get them directly to my email, but just wanted to share my little 'two cents' Karin, about how much I loved it. Have a good one! |
