After a few years, we are sending out the new received info.
A little bit of background of this latest text.
Billy, a friend of Jerry, in his late twenties, who has been communicating with his inner guide "Eli" has been a major support for Jerry, helping him to understand the nature of life and how we as humans can become more conscious. Half a year ago, Billy was diagnosed with cancer and died about 2 months ago. He was very peaceful about his dying, explained to his young son what dying really is, not to be afraid of it and that it is just a transition. Billy called Jerry about 2 days before he left his body saying in a very calm and peaceful way, "I am going and want to say thank you and good by". Jerry asked if Billy could come on his computer and talk to him. Sure he said.
Now, Billy is in the process of talking to Jerry from the other side (as we call it). The conversation is still going on at this time. I haven't had time to read through all of it yet and clean it up, that is why I am sending you part 1 at this time. Once it is cleaned up, I read it back to Jerry and sometimes we reframe a sentence or Billy shows up with more info to add or change. I love it when that happens!
As clarification. The text starts with info given by Eli. Eli is Billy's inner guide who as been guiding Billy in this lifetime very profoundly. Eli starts talking and then gives the word to Billy. When Jerry is talking you can see a JB: in front of the paragraph. (JB for Jerry Brown.) When Billy is talking it says Billy or Bill.
The intent of sharing this info is to support you in expanding your awareness of life. We hope it will be of value.

Text Billy - Part 1

This is a message from a much higher frequency than the third dimension is able to comprehend. Each dimension has many frequencies and there are many frequencies within all dimensions that exist. There are many many of those. This makes it difficult at times for individuals to understand the complexity of each step of consciousness. This is why it does very little good to try to get very many people to understand the same thing, especially by using a belief system. Just by believing something does not make it true. It only makes it true to you until you find out the real truth of why humanity is in the process of understanding it’s purpose of being in physical form and living in time and space.
Once you eject your physical form and go back to your true form which is your soul body, everything in life form will be exposed to you. As soon as you return to your soul body and leave your physical body, you will begin to see the whole picture and understand how living in physical form works. It allows you to understand the process of life and how it maintains its stability throughout time and space, which can be very complicated if you're unaware of frequency change.
My name is Eli and I have been working with Bill as his guide for a long time. And what I would like to do right now is have Bill explain what he has experienced since his passing a week ago. Thank you.
Bill: My name is William and I am in the process of realigning myself to my original state in my soul body. My function in physical form was to experience a third dimensional commitment and share it with others here outside of physical form so they would not have to incarnate into a physical form in such a low frequency.
Most of the people in this dimension don't understand why it's so difficult to experience life by having their emotions feelings and senses in control.
One of the main reasons you're in physical form in the third dimensional experience is to not allow a belief system to control your life. “Believing anything” stops you from knowing. The goal is “to know” not to “just believe” because believing means something is true without knowing it for sure. You were told it or you read it and actually think it is true. Any information you have received from any source has no meaning if you just believe it for it to be real.
If you're interested in receiving information that is aligned with universal truth you have to learn “to know” something or “not to know something”. If you “know it” you will have the answer if you “don't know it”, you will find out. This is why it is important to stay out of any belief system because it has no meaning in the journey you are participating in at this time.
JB: Billy are we able to communicate at this time, this is Jerry?
Bill: I'm glad we have connected, I need your help, there's a lot of people at this time that need to know what's going on with the universe and it's strange interaction with third dimensional beings. And maybe I can shed some light on this.
In order to talk about this we have to understand that there is no good or bad, there is just an easy way to do it or a hard way. Right and wrong is not a concept when you are out of physical form. In order to communicate, this has to be very clear. Because if you do not have a point of reference when you're communicating, that point of reference dissipates. Our job at this time is to introduce these new thoughts into others that will allow this to be part of their knowing. This is why “knowing” or “not knowing” and “not believing” is something that must be obtained before you can go on.
JB: Can you explain what you went through when you crossed over, back into your original body last week.
Bill: Yes I can. Once the lights went off, I could see a much bigger picture. I was able to understand the transition period in a whole different fashion. Remember when we were talking about once you cross over? You have been programmed in many different ways what transpires when you reach this point. Basically, you are pretty much by yourself and there is no one to advise you on the other side. The reason for this is, you don't need anybody to direct you into a right or wrong direction, because there is no right or wrong. Once you get into this area of understanding, where you have no right or wrong or time and space and you feel comfortable back into this condition, you understand the process of creation and you don't try to overpower anyone. You realize everything is in place and in perfect order in the bigger picture.
A few days ago your dog had a big change in her precognitive direction, which means she went into a higher vibratory understanding of her life. It pretty much freaked her out because she's used to a right and wrong concept of life and all of a sudden she experienced a picture in her mind that didn't fit what she was used to. This caused her to basically freak out until she was able to calm herself down and see what was really going on. This little animal has a lot of fear and so it is a little tougher for her to go through this then other animals.
JB: Can you talk to me more about why my dog had to go through this, and also what she went through last summer when she buried different articles around my house. She went through some sort of mental change. It was very important to her. And she stayed totally focussed when she was in the process of burying whatever this was.
Also can you explain what she was doing by burying these articles around the house. Was this the same energy she went through last Monday when she acted so strangely.
Bill: A lot of those things we will talk about in this transmission. This will be somewhat confusing to others but we still have to say it. It has to get out there for the ones that do understand. Remember, there is nobody to save. Once you're out of physical form in a dimensional paradigm, you are back to consciously knowing that you are your own creator and you've placed yourself back in a timeless situation. Think about how time is taken out of your life, this means you do not have to look forward to anything because looking forward holds you in a time frequency. Once you learn to operate without time being a factor, you see a much bigger picture than you ever did before.
Every living being either in physical consciousness or soul consciousness has a responsibility for creation. Once you realize that you have “creative ability” and that you have it basically given away to a higher power that doesn't exist.
If there is no time and space, you are not bound by these two universal laws. Universal laws like gravity and friction and law of attraction (what you focus on is what you get), have been put in place so when you do incarnate in physical form, you are able to survive until you understand how the process works. Just like the law of gravity, you've all agreed that gravity is necessary to keep everything from floating off the planet. This is been designed by mass consciousness, agreeing on the same universal law what you call gravity. I am using gravity as an example because it’s an obvious that you can physically understand. There are absolutely no rules when you return to your soul body. There are so many processes of experience that you can live in, like the process of time that you cannot experience when you are in spiritual form. This is why you all come together and created a process called “Tretmitrica”, which means different processes of learning throughout universal consciousness. There are many of these different processes that you can participate in in a third dimensional physical body. Most of them you have never heard of or wouldn't understand if it were presented to you.
JB: Can you talk about the process we go through prior to birth and after death?
Bill: This is not a simple answer because the process is in such a high frequency, some of it is hard to explain. Most people think life begins at conception and this is one of the hardest ones to explain. Life begins out of time, so basically, life doesn't evening exist in time. So it depends on what belief system you're following, when life begins and ends depends on your belief system and this could carry on indefinitely, till you choose to change it. This is why using religion to have a basis for creation is very difficult. There are hundreds of different religions that all claim to be correct, when in fact, if you went to the biggest understanding of creation they are all correct. Once you understand that, right and wrong does not exist especially in non-time.
Time is something I always struggled with when I lived in time. Most human beings especially on the earth plane use a very limited portion of their brain to understand how the process of life, living in a frequency in a low dimension works. You're trying to figure everything out with the data you acquired from one of the early stages of your incarnations. It would be very difficult to explain to a first grader how an internal combustion engine works. It has to be presented in stages. This is the way all information is presented to the life form on earth and other places or planets that are still working through 3-D.
JB: Billy, this is quite a thrill to be in touch with you! We have been friends for many years and I have learned to understand somewhat how you think and how the universal laws apply to our living in a low frequency in the 3-D world. I have many questions for you as you know and I'm sure there will be many others that will be interested also. A few days prior to your passing you called me to say goodbye. You seemed so calm and okay with your passing. I also asked if you could come on my computer and communicate with me and you said you would and now you have! This is quite exciting to experience this phenomena. I'm not quite sure where to start with my questions but will see where it goes and maybe others will have questions to. You told me before you have information about how the process of life continues after we crossed over. Is it pretty much the same as you thought it would be?
Billy: It is pretty much what I expected and a lot more. Because of the lack of time and space everything presents itself in a little different way. So what I'm going to do is just let you ask and go from there.
JB: My first question is do most people have the same experience when they cross over or does it vary in different ways?
Billy: You know how we've heard for years that everything in universal consciousness is a result of the thought, and most everybody has many different thoughts running through their mind. So, obviously there's many ways of looking at this. We also have a belief system that has to be satisfied to understand the process. JB and myself have been working on this process for a long time and I can help from over here. Lets start with the process of how time works. All time is is a thought of our life, from beginning to end. We purposely take on a body and set up our life experience in 3-D, this is what real free will is. We are just getting started experiencing life in this lowest frequency in physical form. So go ahead and see what questions you have and I'll do my best to answer them. Remember, we are in a totally different life experience then you are in physicality.
JB: After you cross over, do you immediately understand what's going on or does it take some time for you to comprehend this process.
Billy: It's hard to answer this question simply because everybody has a little different experience. Some have incarnated many times and it seems to be much easier for them, others haven't had much experience in the transition period. But in order to talk about this and not use the word time, (which does not exist once you have entered back into your soul body), it makes it a little more difficult to process a thought that is out of time. My crossing this time was different than any other time. Mainly because I've incarnated from a whole different life structure. Comparing our physical body with the body I had in my last incarnation, there are quite a few differences. In some physical bodies, reproducing and digesting food are not necessary. In many cases you have to relearn how to process food and have a sexual experience for reproducing. One thing you have in your favor is, you have many friends that understand what you're experiencing, learning, working on and doing and how to process life in your state of elevation.
JB: Thank you, for some, this is starting to come together. After you cross over do you experience anything the same from the life you left?
Billy: The only way to answer this is yes. It is a lot the same but much more. This is what I hope to convey to you through your writings. You've been studying for a number of years the process of thought and creation. You learn how the thought processing is also the creative method that you use mainly in your soul body. You have to keep in focus that everything you do in your soul body is a result of a thought manifesting with the process of feeling.
One question you always have is “do we recognize our friends and family on the other side and continue like you are on the physical planet”. Remember the three main creative forces are emotions, feelings and senses. Use those together with your thoughts to create whatever you wish to. When you're in the process of creating you are able to see a picture that wasn't available before you learned how to process.
When you're in spirit state you never do talk about the future or the past. Where you're looking from, that doesn't exist. For instance, you would never say to somebody “I'll see you later”, that means nothing. And this is what you go through when you go back through your spirit body, there is never a time on the other side. You can never get bored or tired of something. This is why going through physical form is quite a massive experience. It is a massive experience to live in a time field.
JB: “Connected consciousness”, this must be a condition you go into when you're in your soul body. The reason I brought this up, as I heard this in my mind the first time. So I assume that I'm supposed to understand more about it, is this correct?
Billy: Connected consciousness is what we all experience once you've reached nirvana (the afterlife). This means every soul is on the same page. A debate in this condition is impossible because everybody's already agreed on how the process works.
Once you're out of physical form you instantly remember where you left off. The reason is, (I am saying this because one of your questions was “how long does it take to readjust) as you might expect “how long” does not exist. Everything is instantaneous when you don't have time to deal with.
Understanding the difference between “living in time” and “living with no time” is a tremendous advancement you can make, as seeing a much bigger picture of how creation works. For example one of the biggest fines that humans have made is the “Hubble Space Craft”. It allows you to get a very small picture of how large universal continuities extend. And if it never ends, you could have space continue forever. You would see more and more, which understandingly would be riddled with different life forces that have individual accomplishments to overcome in their creative consciousness.
I like the story of the man who was a sculptor and was asked to chisel out a statue of Jesus. He was given this job because he was the best in the world. He took a piece of marble and started chiseling. Within 10 years he had a beautiful statue of Christ. He had his friend come and inspect it. His friend brought a microscope and after examining the statue he could see many flaws because of the extreme microscopic view he got of it. So the sculptor, by using the microscope, continued working on his project. Finally he called his friend. And again, his friend brought a more powerful microscope and the whole process started over again. This could go on and on until all there was is a pile of dust on the floor, and then he had nothing but a pile of Jesus. What is the moral to the story? This is a story that will make you think. This is why I was drawn to it in such a big way, when JB received this from his guidance.
The other story that JB received a while back that I like really well and that make you think is “the man that built a house with a screwdriver”. After finishing the house he was standing out in his yard admiring it. Another man came along walking his dog and they became involved in conversation about him constructing his house. The man walking his dog noticed that everything didn't really fit very well in the construction of the house, so he asked the man what tools he used to erect the house. The man held up a screwdriver and said this is all he needs. Then he asked him to come inside and see what he had done. The man with the dog noticed the finished work was pretty sloppy. As he was shown through the house, he noticed a pile of tools in the corner. Lots of really nice power tools and other hand tools. He asked the man that built the house, “what are all the tools stacked in the corner?” The man answers “I don't know, I just know it's satanic and I don't go near it”. I asked him how he knows it was satanic and his answer was that somebody told him but he couldn't remember who, so all this time he always believed it.
“Believing anything” keeps you stuck, “knowing” or “not knowing” keeps you advancing. Because if you know, you know, if you don't know you will find out, if you “believe” you stay stuck in a non-reality. This is not a bad thing we all do it from time to time, but at some time in your life you have to go back to “knowing” or ”not knowing” and not be stuck in a belief system.
JB: When we are in our soul body and there's no time involved, how do you decide when you're going to incarnate back into a lower frequency or dimension if you have no existence of time or space.
Bill: Once you obtain the right to live in a higher realm where time does not exist, (usually somewhere around the fourth dimension where most people start their understanding of true consciousness), then you start understanding the different ways of measuring what you call time. Not all time is measured in distance between whatever subject is being discussed. Talking about the future is probably the most difficult process to undertake. In most cases, once you enter into a frequency that has jurisdiction over consciousness this is well understood at this point.
When I entered into the last encounter into my real body everything looked quite familiar and I can see many things much clearer than trying to look through a narrow scope of third dimensional consciousness.
JB: We have heard many stories on what you see when you cross over, all the way from St. Peter at the gate to a tunnel of white light. Can you enlighten us more on what happens?
Bill: All I can tell you is what I experienced because everybody got their own way of crossing over and what they experience. In my case it would be much different than the average being in this dimension. Sorry it sounds like I'm giving you the runaround but I want to make that clear before I told you what I went through.
In my case, I was able to leave my body prior to my heart shutting down. I came in my spirit form onto your computer and gave you two paragraphs. Then you said many times “how did those two paragraphs disappear, what happened?”.
I was basically testing myself on what and how I can put this through your mind on the computer. I know the information was very essential to your project and I will get it back at the perfect moment.
When I crossed over for good I entered into completion where universal supply is busy transforming thought into what you call reality. I'm sitting here trying to explain to myself so I can explain to you the difference between using most your thought consciousness to only a few percent. We also lack belief systems, all information that we get is completely clean. When your information comes in completely clean, that means it matches your energy, people don't have to use a belief system to understand higher knowledge. All the belief system is, is somebody else's information that will never match yours because everything is in perfect order and without mistakes.
Back to my journey. There was a very strange feeling of disconnect, that's the only word I can think of what happened to me. After a few minutes I got reconnected to a different frequency, a much higher one. There's nothing done over here with technology. That's what humans use to answer questions, like what's going on with the planet, where the planet comes from. And on and on. Everything is created mentally so we spend our experience improving our mental creative abilities.
I'm doing a lot of filibustering, dancing around your question of what I experienced, I'm hoping you'll understand the complete difference of what's really going on in the universe and not what you have been told.
There's one thing I should bring up now, and this is one of the hardest to comprehend. You are your own creator. You made the decision to come to earth and live in time. It's a very interesting place to watch the natives and observe how they survive by using a belief system. When you incarnate into this vibrational pattern, what you learn by going through this, enhances your understanding of universal consciousness and you use it to advance yourself in your understanding of life in physical form.
Basically you just reintroduce yourself to your original lifestyle. I am in the process of doing that right now. The unique thing in my case is, I have a communication mind between the major frequency and one of the minor legs of this vibrational pattern to take. Being that your generation is just getting started in about 450 billion wavelengths a second. Which sounds a lot but basically it's where you start creating with the only tool you have and some of you only have a screwdriver. Still you get it done. This is one of the most beautiful things about living in time and space you actually use your body as a tool to create what you need to survive.
JB: I have a question to run by you that has me completely baffled. What's happening with my dog? Last summer, as you can probably remember, for about three days she would keep her distance from everybody including myself. She almost acted like she had a stroke. About two days after you passed over she continued like she had a stroke and she would frantically dig holes in around the foundation of my house. She would continue digging throughout the night and would place something in the holes and then cover them up. I kept wanting to uncover the holes and see what was in there, but every time I would check with my guidance I was told, to leave them alone and I did. I never did understand why and what she was doing all this for. Now, about two days after you passed, she started this process again approximately a year later. Now that you are sitting in a much better view than you did when you were in your physical body can you share with me what she is doing? The whole process she's going through looks to me that she is being orchestrated from somewhere else. For three or four nights in the past week her whole personality would change just before dark, she becomes very skittish and hard to work with. She kind of acts like she's taking orders from someone else and gets confused when I try to call her to me. She goes through this about half the night and by morning she is back to normal.
Bill: The other day when I was talking to you, I asked you where you got the dog. At that time, I think you realized that my wife and I brought her over to you. We had her for a few days, at this time she was basically reprogrammed by the ones from the future that I work with at the time. I didn't have a clear view of what was going on in a third dimensional world, but I knew it would take care of itself. It always does.
There are different communities of consciousness and each community has a different frequency that deals with time. There are many different time frequencies throughout universal consciousness. You are dealing with Barbalen energetic fields, which teach you to live without time. You're moving into a life experience without a time sequence involved. If you don't realize this, you will stay completely confused when you're trying to live in a timeless situation. Your dog has been trained to bury the colonizers around your house and also in the hemispherical shape over your house. You also went through a training period. I'm sure you remember, out in the desert last time you were there.
I think many of you realize now that the polar shift is going through its cycle, approximately every 12,000 years. We experience many changes in third dimension. What many of you will realize is that you are trying to survive in an energy field that is in two different frequencies or more. This allows you to see more answers to a question than you normally would have had. Just understand that if you receive too much information at once it can cause you some confusion. So be patient through this next year or two, until you adapt to the double frequency. And be aware you're getting information faster than you can process in many cases. Soon this will all become second nature.
I've been asked to repeat one thing that has to be paid attention to and that is to understand where you are and what frequency you are in. Like I said before, each dimension has many frequencies. These frequencies are tuned in to your blueprint, which some call the karmic board. This corrected board of consciousness keeps everything in its place so it all comes together in the right sequence, so it can be understood in whatever vibrational frequency you preside in. This is why some in a certain dimension will understand more than others in the same dimension because their frequency is in a much more rapid incline then others. Actually not one person has the exact frequency and dimension than another this is what keeps everything in universal consciousness balanced out so it will not have to repeat itself.
Whether you know it or not, all consciousness is part of a huge understanding of what life is. We are here to learn and even more than that, to experience a physical body living in different dimensions by using our emotions feelings and senses to guide us through our life. In most cases outside of third dimension, emotions don't get involved in your everyday living, so the ones that made the decision to come to earth for their training have one of the most complicated experiences of life that there is.
Many things that you have been taught even the spiritual things in the metaphysical field of consciousness are not conducive to reality in third dimension. The reason you'll find out. At times things just don't fit together right. Just be patient and allow information to keep coming in. All the pieces will finally come together. Like you have been told, living out your conscious life in the condition you are in now, takes constant monitoring so that you can always be creating and learning how life's process works. There's a reason we incarnate in two different levels of consciousness. Nobody is ahead of anybody else, we are all equal but not all at the same time. We all originated from our soul body, which is been in existence for (no other way to put it) forever learning. To understand how our soul body lives its life on the other side can be quite a challenge because everything on the other side is done out of time and space. So getting this across to people that live in time and space in physical body is a huge step in your spiritual development. When they talk about “we have a free will”, they are talking about “the real you”, your soul body. That's the one that's doing the learning. The physical body just kind of tags along, so I can have the experience, so it can be part and understands the whole concept of life in the frequency you came in as.
