Subject: The Ancient Cave...


Went to a regional tourist trap the other day, Penn's
Cave, about an hours drive give or take... very cool
place, beautiful formations, a rickety barge/boat that
held about twenty, crystal clear water, and very cool
in the sense that it apparently stays around 52
degrees year round, it was a nice break from the hot
and humid we've been going through here in the NE
US...

But there was one moment where even though I was
crammed into this boat with a mob of others, in the
last and biggest chamber, I closed my eyes, and pushed
my Senses out and I was completely alone in the dark,
only the smell of the cave, me breathing, and the
sound dripping water here and there... blissful in the
Ancient Cave...

had similar experiences in lava tubes in hawaii...no mob tho...the darkest dark i have ever looked into...
