Earth was passing through the orbital plane of the comet,
and that's what made the anti-tail. The sharp edge of
Tsuchinshan-ATLAS's fan-shaped dust tail briefly appeared
to point toward the sun, a counterintuitive optical
illusion.

I can see it at my house. I attempted to take a few
photos..my camera's not great and they were "so-so". My
friend, with a better camera for night shots, took this
one from her back yard.
