May be visible on stereo but not visible to the naked eye being too close to the Sun.

Pleiades:

Distance to Earth: 444.2 light years
Apparent magnitude (V): 1.6
Radius: 17.5 light years
Coordinates: RA 3h 47m 24s | Dec +24° 7′ 0″

EXCERPT:

2024, May 23: Moon-Antares Occultation, Venus-Jupiter Conjunction

- A Venus-Jupiter conjunction occurs in bright sunlight.-

Today, Venus passes Jupiter in a very close conjunction. The planets are near the sun and hidden in the sun’s blazing light. The brilliant light can
be dimmed by looking through eclipse glasses, but the planets are too dim to see through the glasses’ strong filtration. For practical observing, this
conjunction is not visible.

VENUS AND JUPITER CONVERGE: If this were happening in the night sky, it would be headline
astronomy news. The two brightest planets, Venus and Jupiter, are converging for a tight
conjunction. Tomorrow, they will be just a fraction of a degree apart--like a Christmas star in
May. Unfortunately, it's happening in broad daylight:

The planets are converging next to the sun where the glare is blindingly bright. Only SOHO can
see the show. Coronagraphs onboard the spacecraft create an artificial eclipse, revealing stars,
planets and CMEs. In addition to Venus and Jupiter, the Pleiades are nearby, too.

There's a good chance the sun will emit a CME during the planets' closest approach on May 23rd.
If so, we'll create a movie from the coronagraph frames. Stay tuned!
