While the clip you posted reads he is an Astrophysicist, Space-Weather Forecaster...I can find nothing to support that claim that he has any formal education in either. However Ben is an educated attorney. Not that I am impressed by worldly schooling degrees (plus worldly lawyers = ugh) it's just that what is stated in the presentation in your post would come across to many as if he is has a formal education in astrophysics and is a space-weather forecaster when as far as I can see, does not. (I am not really a fan of scientists and degrees either and I say this having a minor in college biology).
FWIW I do believe doomsday is approaching but I doubt it will go down like anyone expects...thus I am suspicious of the "Suspicious Observer" Ben Davidson.
Anyways, sharing some article links to sift for anyone interested.
EXCERPT: Financial worker puts job on hold to pursue astrophysics passion
Ben Davidson knew he didn't want to be an attorney — he just didn't realize it until after he finished law school.
Then he tried working in equity finance. That was better. But he still thought about his passion in the sky, said Davidson, 29, who grew up in Fox Chapel.
Now Davidson and his wife, Katherine, of Columbus, Ohio, are blending the analytical edge of the law with the research skill of the financial world to showcase his real intellectual passion: astrophysics.
“It's very exhilarating to know you don't have to be a Ph.D.-level scientist to understand certain things and how the weather works,” said Katherine Davidson, 26, who paused her banking career to join her husband on a yearlong astrophysics road trip that stopped on Monday at Squaw Valley Park in O'Hara, drawing several dozen curious visitors.
It was their third stop on a cross-country recreational vehicle tour that began this month in Ohio, where the Davidsons list more than 180,000 online followers worldwide for their Suspicious Observers project.
As to the following video, I am not a fan of "Professor Dave" either but he did provide some interesting information and decent points. I realized what Ben was doing from the get go when I came across his videos some time ago. he flashes a paragraph of research papers and puts his spin on it so from the start I was turned off by him and his countenance. What it is is bait, a lure...a fish net or a fowlers snare IMO and many do fall in but that's the way this world rolls the closer to the end of time it gets.
While I would never go so far as "Professor Dave" did imagine the hours spent but I guess he felt a calling, an uncontrollable urge to go there, many comments were appreciative thinking as if man I been caught up in a cult. Don't know if it's true one lady posted her husband was caught up in Ben's rhetoric and prepped so much he exhausted their funds and then committed suicide....Mostly I consider it all for clicks and YT $ business... more humans biffing about biffing... as I said but it was interesting the comments made like this:
Pinned by Professor Dave Explains @yuanli3731 3 years ago I am the second author of the paper you talked about at 7:10. When this was brought to my attention, I was shocked. We scientists tend to ignore all the pseudoscience stuff, but maybe we should pay more attention in the future. We work so hard to educate the public, but these conspiracy pseudoscientists are undoing our work. Thank you, Professor Dave, for taking your time to debunk the conspiracy theories. And just in case there is any confusion, our paper is about clouds in the interstellar medium, and has nothing to do with any of the doomsday BS.
Suspicious0bservers is a Pseudoscientific Doomsday Cult

thanks, eve. That does give pause. He specifically claimed to be a scientist and a mathematician, but he seems to be neither. I should have checked his background before posting..
The convincing cosmic energy gravitational genesis of the strongest geomagnetic anomalies of the magnetic field of the earth
Sergey V. Simonenko V.I. Il’ichev Pacific Oceanological Institute, Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, Vladivostok 690041, Russia Abstract: The author presents convincing evidence of the cosmic (planetary and solar) energy gravitational origin (related to the maximal and minimal combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth) of the maximal temporal intensifications of the global magnetic processes of the Earth. In fairly good agreement with the calculated date 2007.416666666 AD (of the local minimal planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influence on the internal rigid core), it was observed the very rapid changes of the geomagnetic field near the date March 2007 AD (corresponding approximately to 19-20 April 2007 AD). This fairly good agreement gives the additional convincing argument that the date March 2007 AD can be considered as the possible beginning of the geomagnetic reversal during the evaluated range (2007÷2216) AD. The strong magnetic anomaly occurred on 6 January 2020 AD in perfect agreement with the calculated date 2020.016666667 AD (corresponding to 6 January 2020 AD) related to the local maximal planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influence on the internal rigid core. In fairly good agreement with the calculated date 2023.26666666 AD (corresponding approximately to 7 April 2023 AD) of the local maximal planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influence on the internal rigid core, it was observed the strongest (during the last 6 years) magnetic anomaly on 23 March 2023 AD. These convincing agreements demonstrate the physical validity of the established global prediction thermohydrogravidynamic principles, which can be considered as the proven physical basis for the development of the general unified geophysical theory (describing the possible geomagnetic reversal during the evaluated range (2007 ÷ 2216) AD) combining the Special Theory of Relativity, the relativistic electrodynamics and the relativistic theory of the non-stationary gravitation, which can be developed based on the established physical analogy between the established relation for the energy flux (of the gravitational energy) and the Lorentz’s calibration condition (for the vector potential related with the scalar potential of the non-stationary electromagnetic field).
