Yeah, there are lots of photos on our nextdoor neighborhood feed. I'm not the only one who saw the lights here in the southern sierras. First time I can recall them getting this far south (and first time I've ever seen them). photo taken by a neighbor |

Thanks pamela, I do look there for solar wind speed sometimes there is a graph there also under "more data": DSCOVER. This is as high as I remember seeing the solar wind speed, seen it in the lower 600 km/sec but not 700+ though I have seen a movie of it in the past on pixiespasci many years ago but it's not a link that is available anymore.
