April 19: Mercury-Venus
On April 19, at 08:59 GMT (4:59 a.m. ET), Venus (mag -3.9) will pass 1°41' from Mercury (mag 3.2) in the constellation Pisces. From most locations, both planets will be too close to the Sun to be visible. If you live in the Southern Hemisphere, you may catch a glimpse of Venus glowing above the eastern horizon in the morning. Fainter Mercury, however, will be hidden in the sunlight.

SSGEOS Research and Education @ssgeos_edu On 19 April Earth conjuncts Mercury and Venus. Last 20 years only 2 times this conjunction coincided with Full Moon. Both times a M 8+ #earthquake occurred (2004 and 2013). This time it does not coincide with Full Moon, but it is close (4 days) and joins 4 other conjunctions.
