So the latest story was that there was no connection between the phone blackouts and solar flares. But now..... that could SOON CHANGE 👀

Here is an updated look at the visible solar disk on Monday, including the magnetic layout of big AR 3590. A quieter day so far with only minor C-Flares detected, mostly around 3590. The region maintains a weak delta within the center of the group, along with a lengthening line between positive and negative polarity. The risk for moderate to strong solar flares decreased somewhat according to NOAA/SWPC with a 50% chance for M-Flares and 10% chance for a major X-Flare. This could change rapidly however as the regions continues to evolve on a daily basis. All other regions are currently stable.

Yeah but the delta comp. is starting to decaying while AR3590 is rotating to the western limb. And the magn. cage is too strong for the magn. rope to release any CME. Yesterday it just produced some flat C Class flares. Seems AR3590 is a dub.
