planning to keep a watch see what the result is on this event in progress... Had solar solar incoming sensations especially yesterday and the day before. The current image shows this even in process appears to be from sunspot 3270 which a couple of days ago was reported to have x flare potential but that changed to a lesser degree yesterday but it could have regrouped since then back to possible x flare signature This is from the space weather archives caption for the sun image on April 4th: "Sunspot AR3270 has a beta-gamma-delta magnetic field that harbors energy for X-class solar flares. Credit: SDO/HMI" This is today's caption with the solar image on space weather: "New sunspot AR3272 poses a threat for M-class solar flares.
