it is fine to view the planets, but it be best we not
worship them

Of course yes they are the created not the Creator....Be that as it may this world is unknowingly in a sense worshipping them via the names of the weekdays of which are mainly Viking god
names for the sun, moon and planets.... Something of a form of organized man made global worship ritual involving commerce seemingly...To keep saying it though does not make it so.
This world also follows the papal RCC Gregorian solar calendar which does not make it so. However I figure those names comprise components of seeing through a glass darkly as we do in this
world as are dreams. For myself I keep this in mind and watch for there is a spirit involved in such which does certain things and plans them involving the planetary alignments in this tree
of good and evil, this world (ie. it is not good to worship the planets or created elements imo or the work of one's own hands or that of others).
We are following the solar flare and sunspot coming around today and it's weather impact on the earth, that is not worshipping the sun if that is what you are trying to express as it comes
across that way...The planet worshipping that is done by the sun god worshippers on a particular day of the week and some on Friday which is Venus day plus Saturday which is Saturn day
which the Viking world observe washing day on.
The planetary motions as I see it as created involved seasons and time (Genesis 1:14). That is one reason I watch and make note and was led to do in spirit which is why I became an amateur
astronomer. There are physical ways the planets impact one another like Mercury and the Sun when they are in conjunction...this used to be a known and was buried...I have watched it happen
for years sometimes more so like now.
FWIW your post would be better to be placed on the religion board...just sayin as it makes no sense to place it here.
