Spaceweather.com reported on it the 21st. Its been
observed since someone found out about it in 1979. see
the 21st spaceweather article and info on it. Sounds to
me like they still don't understand much about it. And
says it only affects "satelittes radio communication,
and power systems", Lol. 🙄🤨🤔😜
