Thanks Mr. Bopp – Dec. 14, 2023
The following is a note that you probably thought you would never receive.
Thanksgiving is just a memory of the taste of a nice chunk of Turkey. But the Christmas and New Year’s holidays are on the way. And towards the end of the year, people should remind themselves about everything they should be thankful for.
Thanks for all the time and effort you are expending in running the Boppin forum.
It appears that you read every entry. So, I have the following questions for you (humor intended):
Where do you find the time?
Do you have a life?
Finally,
The best way to forecast earthquakes is probably to rely on “human earthquake sensitives.”
These are people around the world who appear to have very strong allergic types of reactions to the energy waves that approaching earthquakes can generate.
One reason that they can be so valuable with this science is that you can ask them for more information. You can’t do that with a machine. A pet dog that is sensitive to approaching earthquakes won’t answer unless you toss him or her a food scrap.
Unfortunately, it appears that it is virtually impossible to get earthquake sensitives to work together to predict even one earthquake. I tried for quite a few years to do that but gradually learned that it was a hopeless task.
At first I thought that it was a problem with them lacking any sense of organization or direction.
Later I discovered that one of the main problems with this is that quite often, they are detecting signals for completely different earthquakes.
Some of the most common experiences involving human earthquake sensitivity are devastating headaches that can last for days. Another is what are often referred to as “ear tones.”
Ear tones are like hearing a specific frequency sound.
They can be heard in one ear or the other, or even in both ears at the same time. Perhaps 1 person in 1000 can hear them. They can be a fairly high frequency or very low around 10 cycles per second.
It surprised me to learn that two people who can hear them can be standing next to one another and one will hear a tone and the other will not.
One of the funniest stories I have heard regarding the ability to hear the low tones is that they are similar in frequency to DOD signals that the Navy was trying to send to submarines.
Reportedly, Navy personnel got really, really upset when some earthquake sensitives started complaining about all of the noise. Eventually the Navy had to change the way that it was trying to use to contact submarines.
These are personal opinions.
Regards to all and happy holidays.

hey EQF...some answers for you...
"It appears that you read every entry."
no, i don't..i used to...then one day i realized what a monumental waste of time that was...
"Where do you find the time?"
i'm a fast reader...doesn't take that much time...and these days, much less than it used to because they are a lot fewer posters...
"Do you have a life?"
debatable...
"The best way to forecast earthquakes is probably to rely on “human earthquake sensitives.”"
perhaps, although that is still not a reliable method...AI prediction shows some promise, but i will always have serious doubts about any "intelligence" that is correctly labeled "artificial"...
merry christmas...

Thanks for the responses.
Merry Christmas etc. to all.
Now some bad news.
My EM Signal data indicate to me that we likely have a major earthquake approaching.
The time window might be from now until the end of the year.
The sun and moon will be on opposite sides of the Earth around December 28 - maximum tidal force time. I add a few days for the Earth's crust to adjust to the changes.
It will take a day or two for my computer programs to finish the data processing.
Governments around the world should be working on that one AI program. But, that doesn't yet appear to be the case. That shows the miserable condition that the science of earthquake forecasting is in.
The people running the program said that they had something like a 70% success rate for a certain location.
In a more complex fault zone area that would likely not be the case. Plus, there are solar storm influences etc. Still, governments should be testing the program.
I have been attempting to contact earthquake forecasters around the globe such as Dr. Lowell Whiteside. But they appear to prefer working in their own universes. That is a major problem for this science.
Quite a few of the sensors in that one ground tilt system in the Europe - Asia area including perhaps the single best system are out of action because of the hostilities in the area.
Wars create problems for everyone.
Earthquake sensitives could be especially useful for predicting earthquakes because they are everywhere on the planet, especially in highly populated area where it can be the most important to spot approaching earthquakes.
Unfortunately, it would likely be virtually impossible to get them sufficiently well organized without government or major NGO support.
Information related to one of my past successful major projects from many years ago was recently discussed in a TV program that was broadcast around the world. My name was not mentioned.
I am still trying to decide if I should discuss the project here. A copy of the TV program can be seen on Youtube.com
I am also trying to determine if I should release some information to new services regarding some important quantum physics research I did in the past. I told U.S. government officials about it a while ago but have not said anything about it in public.
It could have some bearing on parallel universe theories and some other more important matters.
These are personal opinions.
Regards to all,

DEADLY CHINA EARTHQUAKE Posted by EQF on December 19, 2023
As I stated in the previous post, the BAD NEWS is that my EM Signal data have been indicating to me that we might have a significant earthquake approaching. I was hoping that there would be some time before it occurred.
The following earthquake in China reportedly claimed more than 100 lives.
2023/12/18 15:59:30 35.74N 102.83E 10 5.9 "37 km WNW of Linxia Chengguanzhen, China"
It is my expectation that the fatality count will get a lot higher than the numbers that are being reported in the news.
It might be the earthquake that I have been expecting. It will take a week or two to know for certain.
The attached chart is my latest forecasting Chart C with that China earthquake added.
The line peaks around 177 W appear to be fairly good matches.
The earthquake's 5.9 magnitude would be at the lower sensitivity end of the EM Signals that I work with. Yet the most recent signals were quite strong.
That has me suspicious that this was not the approaching earthquake that was responsible for those signals.
As I stated, it might take a few weeks to know for certain.
These are personal opinions.
