The tsunami.gov site is using by the preliminary
computer generated magnitude BEFORE human review.
USGS currently lists the quake as a 7.1 AFTER human review.
Don't jump the gun too quickly.
Technically a miss due to magnitude.
FYI, a 0.2 magnitude difference is ~2 time the energy,
so a 7.1 is only half the energy of a 7.3 magnitude
quake.
But, keep trying.
