Subject: Jack Coles: multiple signals, many factors


Jack was unable to reach me before the Vanuatu quake.
He has received signals for a 6 a 6.8, a 7 (satisfied)
and a 5.9. He couldn't get a narrower boundary than
Alaska---> south.

He confirmed that fault lubrication via flooding amid
long-term drought could be in play in NorCal. He said
huge electrical disturbances were also happening offshore
of where he is located (Soledad, CA).
