Merry Christmas to all who celebrate this special day.
I have a Web page that goes into detail regarding Human, Animal, and Plant Earthquake Sensitivity.
Yes, believe it or not, certain types of plants ARE sensitive to what are probably strong electromagnetic signals that can be present near a fault zone where an earthquake is about to occur. I believe that scientific papers have been published on this subject matter.
Years ago, in my own capacity as a scientist, I published a formal technical paper on the subject of Human Earthquake Sensitivity. I own the copyright for that paper.
One or more of my Web pages discuss various earthquake precursors and physical, electrical, and mechanical approaching earthquake sensors.
I could update those Web pages and post some notes about them if anyone is interested.
EARTHQUAKE SENSITIVITY HISTORY
Way, way, way, way, way back in time, a West Coast earthquake researcher named Susan and I started what was probably the first earthquake forecasting forum.
It was called QuakeNet or Quakenet. It has been a while. It eventually split into two Earthwaves forums. One was a Yahoo sponsored forum.
All of the ancient earthquake researchers (obviously including me) posted notes to the forums.
At some point that included Petra and her friend Don. Both passed away several years ago. I have had a full copy of their Web site stored on my computer for years.
Earthquake Sensitives Charlotte King, Diane, Rev. Bob and another Susan were other people who posted notes there if I remember correctly. Drs. Pavel Kalenda and Lowell Whiteside (geologists) also posted notes. At one point in time there were quite a few people posting notes.
So in summary, I probably know just about everyone who has at one time or another been active with earthquake forecasting and research on various forums. I also know quite a few international earthquake forecasters and researchers.
HUMAN EARTHQUAKE SENSITIVITY
People who are experiencing Earthquake Sensitivity symptoms besides hearing Ear Tones would probably be in the "standard" group of Earthquake Sensitives.
However, not all people in that group have exactly the same symptoms.
Some other symptoms can include extreme drowsiness, nausea, vertigo, visions, bipolar symptoms including depression, and perhaps the "classic" symptom of the lot, Intense Headaches.
Multiple parties with whom I have spoken over the years have told me that they have had to go into the hospital at times when the symptoms got really bad.
There are a variety of remedies for the various undesirable symptoms.
1. Don't live anywhere near an earthquake fault zone.
On person I talked with over the years did actually move from the U.S. West Coast to somewhere inland to get away from the symptoms. Another would travel across the ocean to France when the symptoms got especially bad.
Be aware that this first remedy does not always work according to what one person told me. But it usually does.
2. Just block all thoughts of earthquakes from your mind. Just thinking about earthquakes and symptoms seems to cause the symptoms to get worse.
Avoiding thinking about them is actually not one of my recommendations. I am simply stating that this does apparently help.
Additionally, Earthquake Sensitivity reportedly spreads within families including perhaps to pet animals.
3. There are a variety of foods and medications that can be used to help with severe symptoms. Charlotte King is something of an expert in that area.
Avoiding sugar probably helps some people. Sugar affects the gut bacteria and chemicals that get into the blood. Some of those chemicals can probably cause Earthquake Sensitivity symptoms to get more intense.
These are personal opinions.

Okay, so you wrote here you knew Petra and Don. Thanks.
You mentioned in one of your posts you didn't know anyone
who did the ear tones but you know Petra did.
You know also that everyone is individual in how they
get/receive/perceive these tones and body symps. Same
here. I've known it for some time, since 2002 and sharing
with others here on the Earthboppin Groans forum about it
since 2005 and prior to this, on Jim Berklands site.
Thanks for posting. You mentioned also you will not be
letting anyone know where to find your site since you've
received such negative comments of late. I have had the
negative posts from some here for a long time.

If you want to find my Earthquake Forecasting Web site then just go to any major search engine and type in:
earthquake research index.html data.html
My Web site address should be at or near the top of the list.
It IS presently at the top of the list for both Google and Yahoo searches.
