Subject: Jack Coles update


Jack called this morning to say that since nothing
happened on the 23rd, we are looking at tomorrow and the
5th and 6th of Dec still for a foreshock between Bay Area
and Los Angeles.

He's had 261 sets of initial signals over 18 months with
no significant quake. The recent Baja quake might be a
precursor. His gut says Hayward/Oakland area for the
large quake that is ever so slowly incoming.
