strike somewhere in the world during the eight (8) day
period starting at:
14:32 PM, 28 May 2022 to 14:32 PM 5 June 2022 UTC.
This is an experimental "timing only" forecast

This is a test to see if previous results duplicate
moving forward or if they were merely the results of
chance or coincidence.

Interesting that you only predict time windows, not
location.
I already know you are unable to divulge your method but
I am curious if locations might be possible or not.

Anything is possible....
There's:
a) existing data sets (to study) and
b) existing sensors & there's
c) modifications of existing sensors targeting a
hypothesis; &
d) new applications of existing sensors; and
e) the creation of new sensor systems to test a
new hypothesis
f) funding or lack thereof for the above
studies /work (including buying &
deploying (new/modified) sensors)....
g) funding rules which inhibit progress...(?)
Obstacles include obstructions to obtaining
"official" data sets (probably bc some contractor
wants to score a gouge price for something as
simple as copying a large data set (to a large
thumbdrive) (& using a batch executable to alert
when the copy job is done thus taking all of 5 mins
excluding the copy time (+ mailing it
out time)) to get it done.
Maybe systemic & intrinsic greed /power grabs
stall and delay advancements ...(?)
"Group think" / ((subconscious bias) in funding
decisions may also hamper things a bit too....
So anything is possible but maybe not likely in
a "fast timeline"....
This topic may also not be a priority for funding
sources also in view of other topics "worth
pursuing"....
An old guy told me once that "if it's N.I.H." it won't
get funded...(lol).
