Mr Bopp;

My Kapersky (sp) says your website is a bad risk.

Really?

Roger

I think Kaspersky is a greater risk than earthboppin. There is
some concern over the software as it is Russian company and may
be compromised and being used by Russian intelligence agencies.

Anyway, it might only be because earthboppin.net is not a
'secure' website, in the sense that it does not use encrypted
HTTPS protocol.

Standard HTTP is considered insecure as it is not encrypted.

I did have to put an exception into my browser for earthboppin as
I have Firefox set to require HTTPS on all websites.

I agree. Not needed for this site.

Wild west days "of" the internet? What about the wild
west days "before" the internet? Local BBS's. Used to
cosysop on one.

AHhh.... the good ol' days of dial up, file sharing, chat
boards, text adventure games. And user meets!! Yes, we
actually would meet the people behind the handle!
Speaking of which, way back then is when I started using
Skywise as my handle. Sheeesh... 30 years ago. Oh the
memories....
