EARTHQUAKE ADVISORY – Posted by EQF on November 13, 2021
As soon as available earthquake precursor data have been evaluated this will likely become a formal Earthquake Warning. That might take a few more days.
Electromagnetic signals (EM Signals) detected during the past few weeks indicate to me that a powerful and / or shallow significant earthquake is approaching.
The most recent Time Window for this expected earthquake was around November 5 to 7, 2021. However, expected earthquakes can generate these signals for months before they finally occur. This one will likely not take that long.
Approaching earthquake related EM Signals detected in late October, 2021 were likely artificially amplified by the large amounts of geomagnetic storm activity present at that time.
The next Time Window for this expected earthquake would end around November 21, 2021.
The sun and moon will be on opposite sides of the Earth (longitude) on November 19, 2021. That should be the next time of maximum tidal stress. My present Time Windows theories allow for 2 days for the earthquake to occur after a maximum tidal stress time.
The plan is that when the present data evaluations are completed within a few days, the results will be discussed here.
Regarding Other Matters,
Efforts have been underway for months to prepare an Earthquake Forecasting Report for circulation to government officials around the world. A copy is being stored on my Web site.
The report demonstrates that at least SOME of our significant earthquakes CAN be predicted with a fair amount of accuracy.
The report also contains some instructions for what governments need to do in order to forecast earthquakes. Unfortunately, few governments, if any, have the necessary organizational structures developed for them to run effective earthquake forecasting programs. United Nations personnel might be able to do that if they were sufficiently motivated.

The Japan area is appearing in some of my data.
Might be aftershock activity associated with recent Japan area earthquakes.

Two earthquakes just occurred in Iran. There was at least one fatality.
2021/11/14 12:08:38 27.74N 56.08E 10 6.3 "64 km NNW of Bandar Abbas, Iran"
2021/11/14 12:07:03 27.72N 56.07E 6 6.0 "62 km NNW of Bandar Abbas, Iran"

My data for those earthquakes are in moderately good agreement with some of my recent EM Signal data.
It also appears that warning signals for those two Iran earthquakes might have been generated as far back as March of 2021.
My Time Window was accurate. But if those Iran earthquakes were actually the ones that were responsible for recent EM Signals activity then it would have probably been difficult to accurately predict their location using only my data.
For the moment, this Earthquake Advisory is closed.
If more EM Signals are detected I will reopen the Advisory or Warning.
